Crush Pizza was very clean, and the customer service was friendly, although it was a bit slow. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming and lacked flavor. I was honestly disappointed that I drove all the way to Quincy for it. I ordered the Chicken Caesar sub, and while it was huge and generously portioned, it just wasn't enjoyable because it was so bland. My husband wasn't a fan of his meal either. One thing that stood out was finding chunks of steak in my Chicken Caesar sub. I'm assuming it was from a shared grill, but it wasn't something I expected. Overall, the experience was decent because the restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. However, the food was the reason we made the trip, and it simply didn't deliver. If you're craving a Chicken Caesar wrap or sub, your local mom and pop pizza shop will likely make a better one. read more

I had the cheese steak sub on the delicious roll with sesame seeds and my friend had the grilled chicken pesto sandwich. Both sandwiches were really good. The flavors on the steak sub were really nice and Coopers cheddar cheese is a definite flavor boost. This score should be a 4.5 and the only note I have is please scrape down the grill more often. There were some very small pieces of steak that tasted a bit burnt due to not removing the residue from a long day of grilling. It was minor but noticeable. I really think Crush is-so close to a five star steak and cheese. I have not tried the pizza nor the tallow French fries but both are on the list to try. read more

We got our food for take out. We made an order online and the estimate time was 45 minutes. The pick up was smooth and fast. The place only had limited seating. We took out food next door. We ordered the cheese steak on Seeded Sourdough Sub Roll. It wasn't pretty looking after sitting in the bag but it did taste amazing. Right away, you can taste how well seasoned, tender and juicy the meat was. The cheese was tasty and the Onions were perfectly caramelized. The roll was chewy and soft but was able to hold up to the hefty portion size. Overall, would try again. Definitely worth the money read more

Pretty disappointed with this place. First time went for lunch with my wife and 2 kids, everything came out except for my steak and cheese. 10 min goes by and still no steak and cheese. I asked and they assured me it was coming. When it came out it was steak and cheese loaded fries so we figured it out and they said they would cook me a sub. 15 min goes by and I check on it and the girl goes over to the cook and asks him to make one. It's been over 45 min by now and I still don't have a sandwich. I just asked for a refund and left. Next week I ordered online takeout and went and grabbed it and it was terrible. Burnt steak. I love Crush pizza. It's the nearest takeout place to my apartment and it has never disappointed. I got the steak sandwich last night and it was unbelievable. We went there on a Monday night. We had trouble ordering from the menu because the person who took our orders thought I was ordering from one side when I was actually ordering from the other. The price for the make your own pizza and the standard pizzas are reasonable. It is different than Blaze Pizza because they charge you for an additional topping here as opposed to Blaze Pizza where is unlimited topics. I ended up getting the bourbon barbecue Pizza. It was pretty filling for a 11 or 12 in pizza. It reminded me of the Duck Pizza that California Pizza Kitchen used to have. The seating area is small but it is big enough to have a party of four or six. They also have other menu items that are not specifically pizza, and they also serve alcohol as well if you are interested in that. read more

Crush Pizza in Quincy has been a disappointment more than once. They list their hours as open until 9pm, but the kitchen apparently closes at 8pm--even on a Friday night. When you try to call or order online anytime after 8, nothing goes through, but there's no note or update explaining that the kitchen is already shut down. I also had a really bad experience ordering through DoorDash. I placed a $70 order (pizza, wings, salad), and it took 2 hours before anything was even ready. By the time the second hour hit, only the pizza had been made. The wings and salad were still not done, and the order ended up being cancelled altogether. Total waste of time. Between the inaccurate hours and the unreliable order fulfillment, it's just not worth it. There are plenty of other places in Quincy that are much more consistent. read more

Local pizza spot over in Quincy college / presidents plaza. I like this pizza, the ingredients always feel fresh. I usually make a pizza with white sauce, or garlic oil sausage, onions and jalepenos (actually have a kick). It's a thinner style pizza, baked well, and isn't overly greasy. I used to order them for work all the time but not in the area anymore during the day/ will occasionally grab for dinner. always been consistent for me and my colleagues. They are quick, and the space is pretty big if you need to wait for them to finish making your pie. I did an online takeout order to the Quincy Ma location that was ready for pickup at 6pm. My bag had the receipt with my order stapled to the front so I did not think to check inside the bag. I got home and realized that the order of the chocolate chip cookie was not in the bag. I was not able to return back to the location so I tried calling the number online to ask for a refund. I should preface this by saying I have been thoroughly spoiled by Blaze pizza. A very thin, tasty, individual sized pizza that you can customize into oblivion, and then some! If you've not been, what are you doing with your life. The morning of my visit, I happened upon one of those Snapchat-story-mini-documentaries about how food commercials are made. Apparently, the way they make pizzas look super cheesy is by tucking in some extra cheese into the seams. This pizza was that cheesy, no shenanigans needed. I ordered a Margherita base topped with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and bacon. Flavor-wise, I enjoyed the thin dough, and crisp blister of the cornicione. Cheesiness is always a win for me, and the toppings seemed fresh. All together, the pizza was very good, but not knock-your-socks-off. A little seasoning would go a long way. Despite allegedly being an individual size, this pie was also surprisingly large. I am **trying** to watch my weight, but I still retain the ability to eat like a woodchipper. With this pizza though, I ate four slices, cut myself off, and carried it home for the 30 minute walk it takes. Then there was a bit of sticker shock. With Blaze pizza setting my expectations rather high, I let out of mind that toppings for these individual pies are a buck a piece (some are more). Considering the size of the pizzas can feed me for two days, and the toppings were not skimped on, I am willing to forgive this.
