Was hungry for pasta so I called in a large chicken parm over ziti and small chicken broccoli ziti alfredo style (they have a wine sauce option, side of garlic bread. Pluses: Food was appetizing in appearance and flavor. Chix parm didn't seem to be a frozen cutlet and in the alfredo, chicken was juicy and with flavor. Broccoli was cooked well, still crunchy Minuses: Pasta was over done. When you order a side of garlic bread it should not: 1. come with cheese on it (unless requested) and 2. cost 4.50. For just over $20 I'm satisfied but will continue to seek a superior value in this neck of the woods.

Buffalo chicken pizza used to be the best around. What happened? And since does it come with onions on it?

For the panini sandwiches I would say the best one to try would be the Chicken Parmesan panini which I have had many times and it's always been great.

It ended up being one of the best choices of our trip. Pros: The atmosphere is intimate in the best way, and the staff was incredibly attentive from start to finish. The price point was great, especially considering that the food was absolutely phenomenal--truly the best meal we had in Boston. The place was packed for a random Wednesday night, which says a lot. Cons: There honestly aren't many. If I had to pick one, it would be that the restaurant is definitely on the smaller side, so seating can feel a bit tight. Also, watching people attempt parallel parking outside was unintentionally hilarious--not a complaint about the restaurant, just free entertainment. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend giving Molinari's a try. They were amazing, and if (or really, when) we come back to Boston, we'll definitely be visiting again.

Pros: great size, fair price, really cool flavor combinations. Cons: not generous with the "fancier" toppings (like the meatballs on my pizza), flavorless crust, too floppy, overwhelming garlic on mine. I think we would give them another chance because I really haven't found any pizza places that impress me here and they are great price and size for sharing.

They have a great 3 course pasta meal deal that I got last time but I remember seeing the Pork Milanese on another table and I knew I had to get that this time. We started our meal with fried brussels sprouts that came with large chunks of pancetta and a apple cider reduction. All the flavors worked well to balance each other out, we attempted to recreate this delicious combo several days later at home. Next came the Verdi insalata, which was an arugula and watercress salad with apple, pistachio and balsamic, a refreshing followup to the brussels sprouts. Next came the massive pork milanese, it's a show stopper. The breading is impossibly crunchy and not oily at all, while the pork was juicy and flavorful. There was a citrusy fennel salad on top and that paired really well with the fried pork. Every course of our meal exceeded our expectations and I am excited to come back next time to see what's new on the menu.

I really think the flavors this place serves are up there with north end restaurants, maybe even better. $36 pasta special is an unreal deal for the quality of great food you get. Plus, free garage parking is an amazing perk. Will continue coming back to this awesome spot.
