I loved my couch from Sofa U Love but it made this crunching sound when you sat on it like there was paper inside. I thought maybe it was just because it was new. The first time I went to wash the covers, I unzipped the them only to find what was making the crunching sound. The cushions inside were too small so the rest of the space had been stuffed with random pieces of loose foam rubber. I was real upset and e-mailed Alina. She asked for a picture which I sent immediately. The next day she let me know that I could pick up my new cushions in 2 weeks. They were ready on time, no charge to me, and they fit perfectly.
