I met with Caryn McShane, she listened, and drew out just what I was looking for -- two small settees, slipcovered (washable -- I have animals) in white. The pieces were delivered on time and then I asked her to help with an old armchair. We searched the fabric swatches and I found the perfect pattern, just what I was looking for. My wife and I recently donated our family room sofa to our daughter who relocated back to SoCal from Toronto. We needed to replace the sofa and so we went to the Sofa u Love store in Thousand Oaks. We chose this company for several reasons one of which was that we have been very pleased with a sofa + loveseat set that we purchased from them 20+ years ago for our living room. I loved my couch from Sofa U Love but it made this crunching sound when you sat on it like there was paper inside. I thought maybe it was just because it was new. The first time I went to wash the covers, I unzipped the them only to find what was making the crunching sound. The cushions inside were too small so the rest of the space had been stuffed with random pieces of loose foam rubber. I was real upset and e-mailed Alina. She asked for a picture which I sent immediately. The next day she let me know that I could pick up my new cushions in 2 weeks. They were ready on time, no charge to me, and they fit perfectly.
