The burger was ok, I'm glad I ordered with lettuce, tomato and onions, with out it, it would have been a gut bomb. The meat is decent, they didn't smash anything into the meat like onions so it was just crispy beef patty with cheese, no much seasoning on the meat so it was just ok. The double was the way to go, the parties are so thin. Also they are very light on the "Fry Sauce", their house burger sauce, it's like a thousand island without the pickle relish, pretty standard stuff. They used a squeeze bottles to throw a couple of lines up and down on top, but it really needs to be a slathering to compensate for the dryness of the Smashburger. I recommend adding some extra sauce and mustard. The onion rings (3 stars) were decent, not fresh made, standard restaurant quality. They serve with ranch which was your standard jug version, not that great. Stick with ketchup.

They were polite enough, just more direct than warm. Not rude, but not the kind of hospitality we're used to in the South.
