No issues here. Good food and service. Cool atmosphere. Easy to find and off the main drag. We shall return. Maybe when they have some live music. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life.

Dont be fooled by the decor. The burgers are really good and the service very friendly. Great off the beaten path restaurant!

Hour wait time while not busy. Poor service and cold food. Also food is very overpriced. Would not recommend

Great restaurant off the main Street in Keystone. Good food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Worth checking out!

I had the Walleye Chermoula, and all I can say is...wow. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the subtle North African spices in the chermoula complemented the walleye without overpowering it. It was one of the best dishes I had on the entire trip. As always, we travel with a long list of dietary restrictions. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies, while I manage Alpha Gal syndrome, a tree nut allergy, and diabetes. Our server was outstanding. I didn't write down her name, but she took the time to understand our food sensitivities, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with our meal choices. The attentive service really elevated the experience. The restaurant has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It would work well for a casual business lunch or dinner, and families with small children should feel comfortable here as well. Its location is another plus. It's just off the main tourist area in downtown Custer, making it easy to walk to after exploring the shops, and there is convenient parking nearby. This was an easy five stars for us. If you're near Custer, Custer Wolf should be on your short list. Highly recommended.

Starter and food, drinks, etc., are brought promptly to the table. This is exceptional in a highly popular tourist area. The food is good but could use a little improvement--the grilled mahi-mahi was good, but a little on the dry sauce and definitely needed a sauce. A couple of the dishes did have sauces, but fish is why most Creole restaurants like Brennan's will serve a sauce on the side, or a topping with butter such as Trout Almandine. It doesn't have to be a fancy sauce--the option of good ol' tartar sauce works. The grilled vegetables also needed a little more butter and seasoning. Carrots are good on their own; broccoli and cauliflower need a little cheese or butter and some seasoning to be loved. The IPA (Long John) was excellent. The beer cheese dip and soft pretzels were to die for; the chardonnay was passable. A great choice for dining in a VERY heavily traveled tourist destination. Get there early--it starts filling up fast and all the restaurants around Mount Rushmore close at 9.

It's also conveniently located right in Custer, which is another reason we liked staying in town -- you can spend your day exploring the Black Hills and still have plenty of local places to check out when you get back!
