Skip to the end: Bring your own Shampoo and you'll do fine. When you bring issues or questions up, prepare to be brushed off. Instead of acknowledging your feedback, you'll be gaslit. * Point out the missing shampoo? "No, we use light suds to help dog's skin." Except there aren't ANY bubbles at all. Spoiler alert - you won't smell it either. So... you can't see it or smell it. But it's there. Got it. * Mention the low water pressure? You'll be told "yeah, that's normal." It's not. It's like taking a shower with a sink faucet on low. Sometimes this place is great.
