BLUES had an amazing time and came back home clean and dapper!

This is my trusted neighborhood spa! Great services across the board. Thanks Josh & team.

I've been bringing my Maltipoo to Dogue Spa since he was a puppy and had his first hair cut. Delaney has done such a great job with him every time! She really helped him adjust well to being on the table and getting a full service cut. When we go to pick him up he always looks sooo cute! So glad I found them and will continue to bring my pup here.

My dog Lola has difficulties with strangers and definitely picks and chooses who she likes and trust. I know first hand that just because she is loyal loving and not aggressive towards me. Doesn't mean that she can't hurt someone if she is scared. I let Dogue Spa know ahead of time and let her adjust for a few minutes before her grooming. They knew just how to handle her and did such an amazing job! I will be back!! What a fantastic establishment!! Thank you!

YUNA is a natural beauty but she loves hike and explore and run the pack at Doggie Central. No electric clippers and no colors required. Great eyelashes and regal mane she gets " whata-beauty" to passers by and all Montana residents worship her on her balcony. At DOGUE SPA Chris and his team know how to touch her up and make her look her best. Yuna spreads the love right back on the amazing team . HER SMILE BECOMES THEIRS! We've lived in Seoul, Tokyo, Barcelona, NY, Philadelpia, Boston and L.A. and DOGUE SPA IS THE BEST! photo YUNA with Josh & Delaney

After 10 months, the Salon never reached back out to apologize for leaving soap in Jiggy's eye. Nor did they have the decency to reply to my review on yelp. I was reading other reviews and because of pure negligence a dog got hit by a car under their care. I don't know how this place still has 4.7 stars, but no one should be taking their dog here. They clearly don't know how to run a business or care for animals. Read everyone else's negative experience before taking your animal here. I wish I did.

They are the best. We are super particular and exacting about our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, keeping him to breed standards, while taking care of all the necessaries with care. We love and trust Dogue, for many years and our pup loves going.

I started taking my toy poodle CC here so she was eight months old, Delaney been cutting her hair since day one and she always does a phenomenal job. She always listens to what I ask for and does the best that she can she always make sure CC IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND WORKS WITH HER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

This is a late review but i felt the need to post. We took our pup there since the 1st cut. I think we went about 4 or 5 times total. I loved the idea of the place, so we drove from far away just to have her done and hung out in town for 3 to 4 hrs until she was done. So was a full day for us. We had complications with booking since the second app, we booked with one stylist but when we showed up it was a different person, not a notice send or anything. But again I loved the idea of the place so we kept coming. My son died unexpectedly and we were not as on top of keeping her coat brushed for. About a month. The first time I could bring my self to go out we brought her to the spa, knowing well that this time we would need to pay for detangling. When we arrived to dropped her off we were received by who I assumed was the owner since we had booked with him (is extra charge because he is the pro, no problem with that) he was very very rude since the start. When we came-back she was cut to the skin, still trying to be very polite and understanding as we had not being in the right mind to brushed her well enough, we expected to have some type of communication about it from the stylist. We got none but pure rudeness. We asked for her and he acted confused as if he didn't know what dog we were talking about. Then he said "the white dog" made a face, left and brought her back with a lot of nasty attitude, did not hand us her stuff or nothing. He barely look at us. I was so fragile that the last thing i wanted to do was complain, so we payed and tip and left deciding we would never be coming back. I can only assume the nasty attitude was because she had parts matted, though to be clear we worked on her coat before bringing her so I'm aware of the spots we left for them to do. I wish people would remember that you are not only providing a grooming service for the pups, but also costumer service for the client (pup owners). And as such, if your client is not rude to you, you should never be. Sometimes owners who ADORE their pups like we adore Sofi can be going through a hard bump in lifewhich prevent them from being the amazing pup parents they want to be. Anyways, in the harsh harsh time we were going through, this place made it so much harder. On the positive side this doggie has literally save our lives after loosing our son. Be kind....

After his…read moreappointment, BOTH of his ears became severely infected, leaving him in obvious pain and discomfort. He has been walking around with his head tilted to the side, crying, and even snapping when anyone tries to touch near his ears because of how painful they are. Watching him suffer like this has been awful. I had to rush him to the vet at 9am and spend an additional $400 for treatment, medication, and care due to the severity of the infections. What makes this even more upsetting is learning that your groomers are trained to bathe dogs without using cotton balls in their ears. That seems incredibly counterproductive and unsafe, especially considering how easily water can get trapped and lead to ear infections. Louie has never experienced anything like this before, and it is heartbreaking seeing him in so much pain over something that should have been a routine grooming appointment. I also have videos showing the condition he was in afterward, including the head tilt and discomfort he's been experiencing. I expected professional and safe care for my dog, and instead I was left with a traumatized dog, a stressful emergency vet visit, and hundreds of dollars in unexpected medical bills. I truly hope management takes this seriously so no other dog has to go through this.

My cat pictured in my original review passed away a few years ago and after she passed I decided I was ready for a dog and along came Georgie. A goofy, fluffy, loyal Goldendoodle. His fur is on the curly side taking after his poodle genes. I've taken him to Posh for a bath and haircut several times and he's been to daycare many many times. I've never really had a bad experience. However, this most recent time was extremely disappointing and quite literally heartbreaking. I made an appointment for a haircut and bath + daycare. When I arrived I was greeted by their friendly staff as always then by Jeanine. She was pleasant and friendly but had all of these additional charges that she added on at the beginning of my service. I'll break it down below and explain. Mattes: my dog had mattes on his legs and body. I was aware and was prepared to pay the fee to take them out. Poodle feet: she said there was an additional fee to shave his feet? However at the end I didn't see any sign of poodle feet. Flea bath: because of the itching she recommended a flea bath, granted she did find 1 singular flea on him so that's fair. I also mentioned to her that he is on a flea medication. I check him regularly and have yet to find a flea. Shave fee?: additional charge to shave him I guess Cancellation fee: I live 2 hours away (recently moved out of the area) but wanted to stay loyal to Poshpetcare. Unfortunately I had made an appointment in March and had to reschedule for the following day within the 24hr window so they charged me a cancellation fee. I've never canceled within 24 hours and have been loyal to them For many years. This really hurt my feelings. I wouldn't cancel last minute and mess with someone's money. I simply rescheduled for the following day. They had lots of availability too so it's not like the appointment time was in high demand. When my dog came out he literally looked like a rat. His beautiful fur had been vandalized. It broke my heart and I just felt so bad. Like how could someone do this to him? If this was going to be the outcome they should've turned me away or shown me pictures of the absolute horror I was not prepared for. The poor front desk man knew how devastated I was. I got into my car and literally wanted to like blow up but I had to keep my cool bc I'm an adult lol. I've put two pictures below. One of his haircut done by Puppy Prom on 3rd and another by Poshpetcare. I go between the two businesses because Puppy prom isn't open on weekends and Posh is. I spent $300 for him to be shaved and given an uneven head haircut. I'm absolutely devastated. He's still the same happy pup but I just feel so bad that I did this to him. I highly recommend any Doodle owners take their pups to Puppy Prom on 3rd st. It's less than a mile away. Ask for David. He's the owner and will make your pup look like an absolute show dog. Also, everything is included in their flat rate. No "poodle feet" or "extra shampoo" fees. I've learned my lesson and do not plan to return to Poshpetcare. After spending over $12k in services over the years, my heart is broken. If you're a cat owner, I highly recommend Sabina at Poshpetcare. She's an absolute doll and takes exceptional care of your precious babies. Attention Doodle Owners!!! Puppy Prom

I was very disappointed and expected much better care, but specially considering the cost and very generous tip.
