We thought this was a great touch, and made us feel at ease with our dog being with a new groomer. There was a slight miscommunication when we booked an appointment, it wasn't mentioned that the groomers had moved out of their space in Little Tokyo. However, Danniel offered to pick up and drop off our dog, for his grooming appointment which was a very nice service. When our dog got home, he looked great and was very happy.
