Ask which tub has best pressure before starting. 2. The hose is supposed to dispense shampoo. The issue is that they dispense so little you will barely notice it. Like no smell. No suds. Skip to the end: Bring your own Shampoo and you'll do fine. When you bring issues or questions up, prepare to be brushed off. Instead of acknowledging your feedback, you'll be gaslit. * Point out the missing shampoo? "No, we use light suds to help dog's skin." Except there aren't ANY bubbles at all. Spoiler alert - you won't smell it either. So... you can't see it or smell it. But it's there. Got it. * Mention the low water pressure? You'll be told "yeah, that's normal." It's not. It's like taking a shower with a sink faucet on low. Sometimes this place is great. If you want to bathe your dog with low pressure, very little shampoo, and get gaslit when you mention it, this is your spot. Pro tip: bring your own shampoo. The tubs really are great, pick one with good water pressure if you can find - just don't expect much else.
