They've done really well with my shy dog and I love bringing her here. The small groups of dogs is a great way for her to play.

The staff are friendly and from the videos and photos shared on their Instagram, it seems like Ella is really doing well. My 3 giant fur babies have been going to SPD since shortly after they opened 7 years ago. Our Great Danes are a handful but Natasha, Brittany and team all take amazing care of them and are always happy to see our crazies coming. We picked SPD bc we were worried about a bigger boarding facility or a chain with high employee turn over etc. And SPD has been perfect. They were our first and only boarding facility for our dogs! Our dogs would get so excited to go when they found out it was "daycare" day. We have moved away now and will miss having them take care of our pups! Thanks SPD! read more

As an overprotective dog mom, I can honestly say that Social Pack Dogs has been absolutely amazing. We have a Labrador Retriever with some health issues, but everyone at Social Pack Dogs has gone out of their way to make sure she's comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Brittany about touring the facility. I specifically asked if an appointment was needed to take a tour. Brittany advised no appointment was needed as long as I stopped by before the facility closed at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I made arrangements to get off work early that same day so that I could make it in time to tour the place. I show up around 4:30 pm and I am turned away at the door because they only do tours "by appointment only." Waste of a 30 + minute drive. Not a good first impression. read more

We have been taking our 10 month old puppy to Social Pack for about 3 months now, and he absolutely LOVES it! As soon as we start driving down tarpey rd he knows where we are going and can't control his excitement! The whole staff is so caring and sweet, I always feel so comfortable leaving my guy with them. One of my favorite things is that they post on Instagram all day so you can keep up with your pup throughout the day! I love to see my guy playing and running with all of his friends. We have used both daycare and boarding services and are always comforted that our guy is having the best time while we are at work or out of town! Highly recommend sending your fur baby to Social Pack for a day at daycare. After months of research and at least 15 facility tours, here is why I chose to initially try this particular place: 1. Fresh Air. I get it, large groups of animals put in one place it's inevitable there will be an odor. But wow, this was the only place that had clean and normal air...great start. 2. New facility, everything is clean! 3. Multiple play rooms and several play rotations. They have both inside and outside play areas. I don't know about others, but I've put in a lot of time teaching my dog to do his"business" outside. So this place was ideal for me, many other places touted having indoor only play and the idea of keeping my dog inside all day in a giant playroom to play and relieve himself inside did not bode well with me. 4. Large stalls for your fur baby to rest in between play sessions. Yes! Now after taking my fur baby to this daycare a few times, here is why we keep going: 1. Personalized service. This staff is great and very hands-on. They remember your dog's name, provide recap of their day, showing they make an effort to care for each dog. 2. Small group play. They group the dogs based on temperament. Plus the size of each group is small enough to ensure each dog is monitored for safety and large enough for a variety of play pals. 3. Cleanliness. I know I've mentioned it but trust me it's not "for show" it's a well kept facility. 4. Great daycare hours. I work full time, so the later hours help keep the stress level down after a long day and traffic on the tollway. Best part, the daycare experience has really helped with socializing my fur baby. He no longer hyper/pushy when meeting new dogs, and has confidence when playing with other dogs. read more

I am in rescue so I have visited more boarding facilities than I can count and this is the ONLY one I have found that I will take my personal dogs to. I go to Europe for 2 week vacations about once a year and I know that my guys are well cared for. It is clean. My dogs come home clean. If there were ever a problem (there hasn't been), I know Natasha and her crew would act quickly to make sure the situation was handled in the best interest of the animals. We searched and searched for a trusted place we could feel comfortable bringing Luna to for the occasional daycare and boarding and Social Pack Dogs is it. I love the Instagram content they upload so you can see your dog playing and having fun. They are also very quick and happy to respond to any question I have. We took Luna for her meet and greet and didn't bring her back for daycare for a couple of months and they remembered her and greeted her by name when we arrived. We absolutely love this place and more importantly, so does Luna! read more

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet. If you're looking for a place in the area to bring your dog to daycare, stop right now and take them here. I'm an ex-vet tech and I've worked in veterinary offices, kennels, and other doggy daycares prior to living in Carrollton. I'm extremely anal about who I let take care of my dog. There's other doggie daycares in Carrollton, and I'm not going to say they're all bad, some are pretty decent, but Social Pack is just in a class of its own. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable about the RIGHT way to take care and reinforce training with dogs, but they're extremely friendly, both to dogs and owners, can work with you in almost any situation, and are highly adept at understanding canine behavior. Each playgroup your dog goes in is specialized for YOUR dog to ensure they have the safest, most mentally engaging, and fun time. They have multiple play areas both indoor and outdoors, and play ranges from dogs, humans, pools, toys, bubbles, siren singalongs, you name it. They also have strict honesty policy about what goes on when you're not around. Nothing gets hidden from their clients. I would happily pay more just to bring my dog here, but speaking of price, they're also one of the least expensive daycares I've seen. If all that doesn't convince you, go to their website and check out their Instagram feed, which is updated with high quality pictures of the pups playing multiple times a day (often with some great captions too). I know they also offer boarding and a bath service (not grooming), and I think they were considering offering training eventually if they don't already. I have been taking my dog here for well over a year now on a regular basis for doggie daycare. I do board him here when I go out to town. My dog seems to LOVE this place! He is always excited to arrive, and never in a rush to get out the door when I pick him up. I love that they know all their regular dog clients by name when they come through the front door. I also know that my dog (who is 7 years old) get s nap through out the day since Social Pack rotates the dogs by play group through out the day. Play group, meaning dogs with similar temperament play together (genius)!!! Recently, we were on vacation in Europe and had an expected flight cancellation followed by a 12 hour flight delay. I was in a panic worrying about my fur baby. I contacted Social Pack via email to confirm my pet would be ok to stay another night. Brittany, Kennel Manager, replied right away confining they would take good care of my guy until I got there...they even have food on hand for these emergency situations. Furthermore, they posted lots of pictures and videos of my dog playing. They even sent me updates via email to let me know how he was doing. I love this place and feel confident that my pet is well taken care of. The staff often reminds me that they all have fur babies, so they understand how the clients feel when it comes to quality care. read more

I cannot believe this place only has FOUR reviews!! I should have 400! We lovelovelove SPD! Cannot say enough great things about the facility, staff and their attention to detail. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and I know our two pups love playtime with their friends! I would probably pay double for the service they provide (but please don't raise your prices!) and am totally obsessed with their Instagram account! They post pictures all throughout the day and even when our dogs aren't staying there, I love to see how much fun they are having taking care of everyone else's pooches. Highly recommend Social Pack Dogs. Our dog spent 1.5 years with them and loved every minute. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, even helping out when he needed extra attention and care following surgery. Best place ever!!! We've taken our dog to multiple boarding facilities and none come close to Social Pack. They love what they do there, and my dog is always excited to go. I feel very safe leaving my dog there when traveling. She's never came home with a kennel cough or sick; as she has in the past at other doggie hotels. Just wanted to update my review to reemphasize how amazing Social Pack Dogs is and how much they care about their clients. We moved out of town and were very disappointed that we would need to find another day care. Our dog Tyler is a little grumpy and is very particular about other dogs, so we were worried about finding a new place for him. Natasha went above and beyond to help us find a new day care. She called the owners for us at multiple facilities. Thanks to her help, we were able to convince another day care to give us a chance. If you live near Social Pack Dogs and you don't send your dogs there, you're crazy. They are top notch. read more

I have been taking my dogs for three weeks now and I love them so much. My bull terrier cross is deaf and partially blind. She's nervous around strangers and strange dogs. They were great at introducing her into the pack and always make sure she's not getting overwhelmed. And I don't how they managed it, but wore out my other dog, a six month old energizer bunny. He's still tired after taking him yesterday for daycare. He's making lots of friends there. And I love all the pictures they post on instagram. I can really tell my dogs are enjoying themselves. Due to temperament reason I requested my dogs be in different kennels during down time. My bull terrier gets tired of her bouncy brother. They said that was no problem at all and no extra charge. I am definitely going to keep coming here and I'd recommend them to anybody. read more

I have been taking Krieghoff to daycare here for random days for the past few years and he absolutely loves it. I have had issues in the past with feeling like random doggie daycares around town aren't paying attention to him and this place is the exact opposite. They constantly post pictures of the dogs playing and socializing on instagram which is so thoughtful and exactly what I need when he is not with me. Krieghoff is extremely important to me and I spend about 98% of my time with him. I will never trust anyone other than Natasha and her awesome employees in the DFW area to take care of him again. They are so aware, well trained, and you can tell that they truly love the dogs. read more
