The people here have been let go suddenly and it doesnt seem to be related to doing the right thing with dogs but they want limited number of staff yet should have at minimum 3-4 at all times. Instead of calling the owner, staff chose to reach out to my veterinarian and wait on a response from them while my dog sat alone, isolated in an unfamiliar environment. I only found out because, something in my gut didn't feel right. So, I called to get access to the webcams, an hour and a half after dropping him off and when I checked I didn't see him. Immediately, I called back to find out where he was and I was advised that he was isolated in a room, in an unfamiliar place, I immediately got in my car and headed to picked him up. When I arrived and demanded they bring my dog to me, he was visibly scared and confused, and the front desk staff seemed unaware of what was going on or the reason for my frustration!! This lack of communication and care is unacceptable. If vaccinations were an issue, my dog should never have been approved or accepted that morning. I would not trust this facility with my pet again.

First, the cost was unbelievable in the best way. The procedure ended up being literally one-tenth of what another vet had quoted me. I was honestly shocked -- but even more impressed that the quality of care was absolutely top-tier. Affordable and exceptional is rare to find. Dr. Garcia was amazing. She is cool, funny, and incredibly good at what she does. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and treated my dog like her own. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The best part? My dog ate the same night after her dental procedure -- which is huge -- and she didn't cough even once. That alone told me she was comfortable and well cared for. Seeing her recover so smoothly gave me so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a vet that combines skill, personality, compassion, and fair pricing, Valley Ranch Pet Clinic is the place to go. Dr. Garcia and the team are simply outstanding. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my girl!

Almost everything is practically double per line item in comparison to local vets (please note service dates as one is from 2021). They also quoted me $850+ for dentals. This is absolutely not what I was expecting price-wise based on reviews but it's my fault for not confirming beforehand. If you want a nice doctor that will take care of your pet this is the place but don't go in expecting affordability.

I was told narcotics scent training was available but at drop off it was changed to birch wood. Then I have a dog with special needs as he will not eat away from home. I had to BEG for photos and updates knowing my dog wasn't eating for a week. Then they pass the SAME PHOTO and even sent me a screen shot of the edited time stamp to prove that they it wasn't edited. Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. Attached are pics of the two weight pictures (drop off and pick up), a screen shot of the text message exchange and a close up showing the actual time stamp. The biggest thing is that I had a dog with special needs that was away from home not eating and I wasn't getting communication.

My fiancé and I adopted a dog in September named Angus from Paws in the City. We live in an…read moreapartment complex with a dog park and we would take Angus to the dog park to socialize and take care of business. Our poor pupper was attacked twice by the same two dogs and it completely changed his behavior. He just lost trust in other dogs and became aggressive when he would come across another dog. We didn't know how to reverse this behavior and that's when we started researching on dog training. My fiancé found Off Leash, watched all of the videos on their training and we decided to go for their 8 week program. We started with the trainer Brandon and he was wonderful. He really took the time to let Angus get comfortable with him and showed us several commands that had us in awe. Brandon was no longer going to be available on Saturday's so we were going to be switching with Sarah. Brandon observed her for a few session and then she was solo. It was the same service all across the board. The last 2 or 3 sessions, we went to dog parks but just to walk around them, allowing Angus to get familiar with being around other dogs, and how to control his behavior. This has honestly made a HUGE difference with our pupper! The training doesn't stop even though we're done with the program. We're now able to walk off leash with him around the complex and he can place anywhere we point to. We still have to work on getting Angus to be more relaxed when coming in contact with other dogs but we're very confident that we have the proper tools to get him there!

After our first appointment with him, Scott was so kind, understanding, and helpful, that my husband and I felt so taken care of, and Toby as well. You can really see Scott's love and passion for animals. The sessions with him were so informative and he gave us basic skills to apply with our pup when working with him. We have already noticed a huge difference in Toby. Scott has an excellent understanding of dog behavior and is the only behaviorist I will recommend in the DFW area to other pet owners. We are also certain , he is our dog behaviorist for life as Toby grows and gets older. Absolutely LOVED our experience with him!

He thoroughly and skillfully answered all our questions. You won't find a more compassionate or better qualified dog behaviorist. We're in Los Angeles and worked with him via Zoom. Even if you're not in the DFW area, I recommend working with Scott. His guidance helped not only with our dog's big life transition, but with any fear or anxiety we had as dog owners. We can't thank him enough for being instrumental in our process of creating a happy home with our girl, Pippa. I also highly recommend his library of dog behavior and training videos. They're an invaluable resource.

We refused to give up on the new guy, but life was rough (ruff wouldv'e been preferred - ha!). We opted for 5 days of reverse boarding and our trainer was Sammi. She was a great addition to the family for those 5 days. Things aren't perfect - but she helped highlight some of the behaviors we were exhibiting that added to the problem. She also spent time with all three pups to train them some important basics and get them used to taking instruction. There's a lot of hard work ahead of us still, but we have the tools now. She has been so helpful increasing our Puppy's confidence and giving us the tools and advice to continue to improve in the areas he has been struggling. The barking indoors is now about 90% under control and his fear outside has improved quite a bit. We still have a bit to go with the little pup but we are continuing to work with Sammi to make this dog a certified good boy. The puppy also adores her and is super excited each time Sammi comes over for a session. Karma dog has been great for us and we will continue to go to their puppy and obedience classes. Give Sammi a massive raise because she deserves it will all her awesome work.
