This was a BEYOND awful experience. That was the ONLY reason I bought the 2nd pair of shoes. So I wear them for ONE shift at the hospital, they weren't comfortable. In fact, my feet hurt after that. So I drive an HOUR AND A HALF back to Annapolis to return them, only for 2 teeny boppers tell me that they can only be returned for store credit. I explained that I don't want store credit, that I only wore them for ONE shift on LINOLEUM floors. One of the teeny boppers said there was "evidence of wear" & they couldn't give me my money back. Evidence of wear after ONE shift wearing them?! Yeah I highly doubt that wear was from ME. I argue it, asking why they can give me store credit & not my money back. So I call the owner, as instructed by the teeny boppers. NO ANSWER. Left a voicemail. Explained that I live more than 1.5 hours from the store. I got NO RESPONSE. Like EVER. That is the LAST time I go there for shoes. I was told by the teeny boppers that I could take the shoes back home with me, or get store credit. So I'm 1.5 hours away from home, and have accomplished nothing. NO help from the owner. What a waste of time & money! I will NEVER go back to that store. Highly DO NOT recommend buying anything from here!! Let me addend this...if you go to this store, the employees will tell you it's not a problem to return your shoes even if they're worn in a hospital for the 30 day trial period (looking at you Sean). However, they also NEVER mention or point out their return policy (maybe on purpose so they can get the sale?). "The return policy was printed on your receipt" is the response I got when I tried to return them. Well guess what owners? I NEVER would have even bought them had I known what I know now. I bought them because YOUR EMPLOYEE told me they are returnable within 30 days & that I could wear them at work (he knew I worked at a hospital because I specifically mentioned that while trying on multiple different shoes). So if your own employee is misrepresenting or doesn't fully understand your return policy, then I'm expected to?

They fit close to your body but as not constructing at all and are incredibly comfortable. I'm shocked that the waist band has accommodated my bump all 9 months. Some people have complained about pilling but I haven't had any issues as long as I wash inside out in cold water and hang dry. I went to this store to buy a looser fitting align jogger pant to wear home from the hospital. Even though this location is one of the smallest I have been to I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my size. I also picked up a pack of socks to stay cozy when in the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a 25% military and first responder discount which includes spouses!

I have asked the associates for items that I don't see on the floor and they are more than eager to go in the back to see what is left in stock. They are pleasant with their "no questions asked" return policy (I'm not sure if it's a policy, but they are cool with anything I need to return even if I lost the receipt). The store has much improved and brighter lighting inside now than it had a year ago. For that, I give the 5th star. I can finally see what I'm looking for. A few years ago, it was so dark and loud in there, I couldn't remain in the store for more than a few minutes without freaking out! Now it has the perfect lighting and the music is at a great volume.
