Lululemon Annapolis mall is a great shop. Just bought some clothing for the boys, athletic crew socks and a yoga block. My son got a mix of clothing, pants, shorts, and a shirt. Dad got crew socks he loves them for cycling. Take a deep breathe, it's pricey but I don't like having to buy cheap clothing that falls apart after one wash. Yea you could go to a discount superstore and buy less expensive clothing but then you'll have to turn around and buy them all over again because of inferior materials. This stuff lasts for like everrrrr.... Couple pluses here, military discount! Show your ID and get a very generous discount. It's no piddly amount it's A LOT! The staff are all helpful and friendly. They wear the clothing line at work. It's nice to see how the material fits this way. They looked like happy and joyful employees. Review is for the quality of the clothing and the store experience. The align pants are the unofficial pregnancy pants. They fit close to your body but as not constructing at all and are incredibly comfortable. I'm shocked that the waist band has accommodated my bump all 9 months. Some people have complained about pilling but I haven't had any issues as long as I wash inside out in cold water and hang dry. I went to this store to buy a looser fitting align jogger pant to wear home from the hospital. Even though this location is one of the smallest I have been to I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my size. I also picked up a pack of socks to stay cozy when in the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a 25% military and first responder discount which includes spouses! read more

This is our new favorite clothing store in Annapolis. Not only is their product top of the line but the service is above and beyond anywhere else I regularly shop. I hold Nordstrom as one of the best stores for customer service but LuluLemons puts it to shame! Of course it's a smaller store with fewer clientele but good service is good service. They remember our name when we walk in, they are happy, positive and so helpful. We brought our dogs in with us last time and they have fresh, filtered water for them! The bottom line is I could keep writing a bunch of words but if you want the finest sports and casual clothing you need to shop here. Bottom Line: Functional, and mostly quality yoga and workout clothes for men and women. About a decade ago I was head over heels in love with my local Lululemon store and spending lots of time there buying clothes and participating in sweaty Sundays. Over the years Lululemon has definitely gotten some bad press and I do feel like the overall quality has gone down a bit. Although they disrupted the workout clothes industry I feel like their hey day is over now there are so many competitors. These days, I am still wearing many of my pieces that anywhere from 5 to 8 years old and I still go here for new bras, tops and jackets. Occasionally I find a pair of pants that I like here, but mostly I've given up on Lulu for pants and crops since 98% of what they make is totally skin tight and I'm just not into that. I've had good experiences shopping in the Annapolis Lululemon but I haven't participated in any of their events. read more

I'm going to review this location, rather than the clothing quality. I could really get into a solid review if I were to do that, but I feel it's unjust to the service provided by the employees. This location is rather new, as it moved from the town center around Christmas. A lot of the staff made the move, which I'm thrilled about. The staff is wonderful, and helpful, and kind. Sure, sometimes there's an employee I don't jive with (cold, seems to gravitate towards hardcore yogees v a normal joe schmoe customer) but that's bound to happen. Anytime an exchange is needed due to quality, they're always kind, receptive, and helpful. The LuluLemon return policy is by far one of the best around, so the fella complaining below seems to be a bit cranky (if you don't get anywhere in person, CALL the customer service-- they will always be helpful). This location is large, and they likely have what you're looking for. If not, the employees are quick to whip out their Lulu Lemon app and order the size you're looking for right there. read more

My nephew gave me a very nice vest for Christmas - but the size 6 - which is my normal size - was way too small. So, not being real familiar with Lululemon, I took it back to exchange it for a bigger size....and was shocked to find that I took a size 10!! Ok, I got over that and it did look nice on me, but honestly I would never spend $148 for a vest... I'm older and a wee more conservative with my money but I still appreciated his generosity. However when I took it to the register to exchange the woman told me I would have to pay my nephew's military discount he used to buy the vest - WHAT???? Terrible customer relationship/satisfaction - I was shocked. She seemed not caring at all about my concern.... I was just exchanging one item for the same item but in a different size... there was a long line so I just paid the $19+ and left knowing that I would never frequent this store again. read more

I've been in the Annapolis location several times recently and have had a positive experience every time. The educators are friendly and very knowledgeable... never pushy! They are great for giving advice on sizing or alternate styles that may give you the functionality you are looking for.The clothes are high quality and worth the price! The store is always clean and organized - fitting rooms always clean. They have hand sanitizer and masks for customers and I feel safe shopping in-store. Will definitely be back! read more

We came here with returns from an online purchase which shouldn't be an issue for most stores. However this store was unable to make a refund without the actual credit card physically there. First off, what store can't make a refund without a card present? Every other store I've interacted with is able to put the money back on the card through the system. Secondly, instead of being helpful and offering another solution to the issue, the sales girl was rude and stand offish. At a high end store, one would expect a better level of customer service than rudeness and condescension. When I questioned why it's not possible to refund to the card without it being present, she said because of the "legality of the issue" she was unable to complete the refund. Maybe it is a corporate policy, but this store needs better customer service and to teach their staff to not be rude to paying customers. Their stuff isn't cheap and to be treated in such a shabby manner will make me go elsewhere in the future. read more

Lulu lemon is a sexist, rude gross store. Me and husband went in today to buy a new pair of there leggings and I asked if they had a military discount as I was told about there great 25% military discount before. The lady at the register told me that my husband could only use the discount if they were his personal clothing items. And then made up some crazy rule as to how the military tracks his purchases used with his discount. I was furious as my husband was also going to get a pair of leggings for himself and they told him no. I will never shop there again. read more

I adore this shop. I'm a plus-sized runner and yogi who loves good quality athletic wear. The staff here is amazing. Store manager Amanda is a beautiful soul who celebrate all accomplishments with your fitness goals, and is genuinely happy to see you, regardless if you are buying something or just stopped by to say hi. I feel very welcome and cared for every time I've ever been in this location, and the complimentary yoga and fitness clinics are awesome. My only concerns are the lack of size ranges for the big girls like myself. I have gone through a major weight loss in the past year, but still require larger sizes than the standard 10-12 that is in shop for what the company considers "their" large sizes. Fortunately, I've been able to wear some pieces, but the ones I truly covet aren't even close because of the limiting range. Also, I've found that this shop is a basic stock location, meaning that none of the special edition/extra colors are distributed to this shop - I have to go to Bethesda or Washington, DC to get in on those items, or do mail order. *sad face* Many of the employees are also fitness and nutrition experts, and can really speak to different levels of fitness lifestyle, not just clothing. I love this shop, I love the clothes, I love the company. I hope the feeling is mutual. read more

I came in with a pair of leggings that had a hole in the bottom. They were only a month old. An educator was able to swap the leggings out with a brand new pair. I had also purchased an item that was final sale. Once I got home I noticed it was too small, I came back to this location and was able to swap it with a bigger size. Although this isn't allowed the educator allowed me to do it. Also I had a pair of leggings brand new with the tag, their was a string hanging out. I was able to have a brand new pair shipped to my address as the color was sold out in all the locations near me. read more

If you need a gym bag, you seriously need to consider the nylon one from lululemon with a long strap and two short over the shoulder straps. The clothes themselves are very high quality and I would definitely recommend them. The staff however were very strange in the way they interacted with my boyfriend and myself. This is the first time we had shopped in the store, and I bought a pair of leggings and a top and my boyfriend bought a pair of shorts and a sweatshirt. Upon entering the store, the associate immediately asked what we were up to and if we were supposed to be working or in school? Not sure if we didn't look wealthy enough to be shopping there or thought we were stealing? Then at checkout my boyfriend was paying and wanted to use his military ID for the items. They were extremely condescending and insisted that he could only use the ID on his items although he was buying mine as well (not sure why, who, or what he's spending his money on is any of their business, it's still his money being spent and during holiday seasons these could be gifts). I always like to stop in this store when I am in the Annapolis Towne Center. Usually after I come from Charm City Run across the street for my race packet pick ups. The ladies are always very friendly and welcoming. I bought a new yoga mat here back in February that I love and use religiously. Great for both regular and hot yoga :) They have lots of cute clothes. The one reason I took stars off though is because of the prices. I find the prices to be a tad high for the type of clothes that they sell ($65 for a plain tank top???!!!!). I also once tried on a pair of their capris that fit perfectly on my legs but stretched so much across my butt that you could see the designs on my underwear. And I'm 5'5" and a size 6 so its not like I have alot of junk in my trunk!! lol. Oh well, lol. read more

I had the worst customer service I've ever experienced here today. I was shopping for joggers for my boyfriend and was between two different pairs and the African American man helping me told me that i was being selfish by picking the one that i liked better and that i am the kind of girl who gets dumped. Ive never been more stunned by words coming out of an employees mouth and i will not be returning to this Annapolis store. I came here to exchange an item I had purchased at the Tyson's Corner location. The girl helping me said,"oh, that must be a very old item because I have never seen it" in an incredibly condescending manner. In fact the item was brand new and something that this measly little store would not be carrying. She proceeded to tell me that she was certain I would find something that I liked much better. Just as Susan C. stated, this store does not carry nearly the variety compared to other locations. At any rate, I was browsing for something to exchange when another sales girl came over and said, "ummm, this section is all size 2" like I was some fat a** and scurried away. I was confused because I was thumbing through a stack of pants that contained all sizes. Excuse me for being a size 4, I guess I'm not skinny enough to shop in this store! lol As I completed my exchange, the girl that checked me out was completely unfriendly and didn't say one word to me. From my experience of this clothing line, it is WAY overpriced and doesn't fit nearly as good nor is it as comfy as other yoga clothing lines like shakti and mika. As far as the employees at this location go, I hope that they learn a bit about customer service before word gets out that they are condescending brats.
