As I walk around the corner, a gentleman pushing a broom welcomed me and asked if he could help. I think he must have been a manager because he was advising the young man behind the customer service counter on his schedule. Another young man went and grabbed my order, and I was out the door fast. I'm certainly no regular here, but I've been very happy with this store.

We have been given the run around by them for the last several weeks. We ordered a Traeger Grill online and it was to be delivered to this location in 2 weeks. We are going on over a month now with no answers on where our product is. Everyone wants to keep passing the buck from one department to another. It is super unfortunate that this has been the case as the grill was my husband's birthday present. Unless you are buying something that is already in the store I do not recommend picking anything up from here for an order. In store it looked like they carried all of your normal products/items that you'd see in a sports store. Prices range from low to high. **Update. One of the managers- John was finally able to help us. He was pleasant, communicative, and apologized about the fiasco. We appreciate him and recognize his hard work to make things right after such a long time.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business…read more We purchased a fully assembled power tower that arrived damaged, and we paid $99 dollars for delivery. Instead of taking responsibility, Chester Spychala told us to "Just loosen a few screws" to fix it ourselves, as if that would magically repair defective equipment. Of course, it didn't. After repeated follow-ups, we were told Chester was no longer with the company. No accountability. No resolution. Just excuses. We have screenshots, photos, videos clearly showing the damage, yet their solution was to charge us $149 to have someone come out and "inspect" the equipment they sent out defective in the first place. Charging customers to look at your own mistake is beyond unreasonable. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Shop elsewhere. Below is the last email I got from a manager after I threatened to take them to small claim court. "I understand your position. However, legal threats do not change the fact that our warranty covers broken or defective parts only. The unit was inspected and confirmed to be in proper working condition before leaving our facility, so a refund or replacement does not apply under our policy." "The only option available remains a technician visit, which carries the standard service fee of $149. Beyond this, there are no additional resolutions we can offer."

I found them online: sportsandfitnessexchange.com I was looking for a medicine ball and they had the best prices. They do deliver but I wanted it soon so I chose to go get it. I don't know how long or how much it costs to deliver. The 30lb ball was as expected and appears good quality. They do have a lot of equipment (see photos). I'm not sure how their prices for the bigger equipment compare to other places. But for what I needed they were efficient and I got what I needed.

Bass Pro and Cabela's are sporting good retailers that sell outdoor equipment for camping, hunting, fishing and other outdoor reactional activities. I am a big outdoor enthusiast and live next door to this Bass Pro Shop in Mesa. Most of my outdoor activities include camping, running, skiing and kayaking. Bass Pro Shops have been around for many years and recently acquired Cabela's. This Bass Pro Shop is called Outdoor World and has an aquarium, shooting gallery and animal displays. It adds to the fun of walking around these stores and gives you that feel that you are outside. The prices aren't anything special. But I like that you can find a lot of outdoor apparel and gear all in one stop. It was extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone who had been patiently waiting their turn. What made the situation even worse was that no one from the store seemed to address it or manage the situation, even though the area was busy. Basic courtesy and respect for other customers should be expected in a public place, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here. While the store itself may be popular, experiences like this leave a really negative impression. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how the situation played out. I hope that some day, this issue gets addressed and resolved. Needless to say, I won't be coming back & would highly recommend staying away from this location.
