Sports and Fitness Exchange is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought one of their own home brand machines that was defective, returned it, and paid them another $300 for a different leg press--also their home brand--only to get another defective product missing parts. They ignored my calls and emails for a week, so I had to drive down there myself with the machine. Instead of making it right, they blamed me for the missing pieces and said "they get this all the time, where customers say they are missing parts" and I should've paid $399 for "expert assembly." That's nothing but an excuse to dodge responsibility and squeeze more money out of customers. This wasn't some used or third-party product--they sell and represent this brand as their own, yet still refuse to stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Sports & Fitness Exchange. Absolute nightmare.

That thing is a real pain to get in and out of and I'd rather park next door. Maybe I'm missing something or not a pro at parking but there is no way to turn around, it's 1 lane and the next thing you know you are in the street because there isn't enough room for a car.

Brandon was kinda and very knowledgable about the all the equipment in the store. He went over the warranty information with me and answered any other questions/concerns I had. The only thing that I had an issue with was the distance fee. I am already paying $300 for delivery and set up but due to the 46 mile distance I was charged an additional $40.

I always have such great luck with service and selection. And... prices!!! This trip was no different except my salesman. He was awesome! He was a bit camera shy, but oh so helpful and sweet. Anyways, I walked in asked for the best selection for the court in my size and he showed me the shoes. I was browsing the sale table. I always find something and yes! I found the same shoe in my size on the clearance table with an additional 20% off because they were returned. They were clean and the bottoms were mildly used. I also found a reduced price sandal for $10 brand new in my size. Score! I ended up wearing them all day. Played pickle ball, had a blast, and my feet were comfortable. I will always go to Big 5!!! Big 5 is smaller than Dick's Sporting Goods. They still manage to carry a decent selection of sporting goods, camping gear, and other gifts. Sporting goods includes fishing. Prices are all over the place. There are usually sales going on. Both times I ended up purchasing shoes. The "super saver" price coupled with the coupon I printed from their website was a fantastic deal. Many items that are found in store are not listed on their website. I was looking for a skateboard for my son. The website only indicated one option. In store there were more than a dozen different boards. Same went for skate shoes. Only one was shown on the website, but there were several pairs to chose from in store.

I have a Kaiser M5 Elliptical in my home that I did not purchase from At-Home…read more The unit is about 5-6 yrs old and was starting to click and make odd noises. I contacted Kaiser and we tried to troubleshoot via email, texts and video but to no avail. I started looking for local exercise equipment repair techs and came across about 4-5 of them including At-Home. They were the only one to actually answer the phone and provide a response. I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 business days and I did. I heard from Chad to schedule and he had Seth come to my home the following day. Seth came by and dis-assembled the unit and saw that the belt was beginning to shred and identified that as the issue. I ordered a new belt and a week later Seth returned to install the new belt. It seemed fine when he left and the next day we used it and heard a rubbing sound. I contacted Seth and he came by later that day and noticed it was rubbing against the outer case. He made some adjustments and now it's good as new. Been using it for two weeks and no issues at this time. Thank you Chad and Seth for taking care of us. P.S. none of the other repair places ever returned my phone calls. I have a gym in my garage and will always call At-Home for any needed repairs.
