SoCal Self Storage - This is awesome Ryan - Self Storage Near Me - Northridge, California

Went with this storage facility because of all the great reviews - and it certainly lives up to the standard. Everything from their booking online to coming in was seamless. Mario was a true professional, showed me to my unit and gave me the rundown of everything I needed to know. The facility is really secure, clean, and accessible. read more

Juan is amazing! I've worked in customer service for over 9 years and always recognize and appreciate great service, and Juan is outstanding. I was specifically looking for an indoor storage unit and came across SoCal Self Storage on Yelp. I booked a reservation online but decided I wanted a slightly bigger size, so I called Juan and he was able to accommodate me and match the online price too! Went in today to view the unit and sign the contract and was in putting stuff into storage 20 minutes later. Whole process was quick and easy, and I feel secure knowing that it's indoors and everyone has their own unique access code so I won't have to worry about people trying to enter to steal things lol. Thanks so much Juan! read more

Cannot say enough great things about SoCal Self Storage. Ryan and Mario are great and have always been very helpful and friendly. One time I came by to get something small from storage and the elevators weren't working. It was a pretty hot day but rather than just tell me to come back later, staff took the time to walk me up. Having AC, water in the fridge and great music playing is really a nice touch. Just evidence that they do care about their customers. Place is always very clean as well. I am moving away and had to empty my room but have to say any new storage facility is going to be measured against a pretty high standard. In my three year there I never once had any concerns about safety and security of my belongings. Thanks for being such an honest and upstanding local business that truly does value and appreciate their customers! read more

I came in to check out the place and I was thoroughly impressed by many things. To start, the man at the front, Juan, was super kind and friendly. I had a bunch of questions and he answered everyone with a great attitude.(which for me is a big plus). Then he let us check out the units we were interested which were inside a cooled building which is also a big plus. Overall it is a really nice building for your storage and has a great helpful man upfront. Went to check out the competition and came flying back as soon as I saw this place was one of a kind. thank you Juan read more

This is the place to go if you need storage first time renting a unit & they made it such a smooth experience. Even canceling was super chill I will go back here anytime I need it again read more

Is a O star possible? As an elite I say NO GO! The worst self storage I have ever used. The man who signed me up; who said my payment would drop after my initial payment... just tried to accuse me of staying later after the alarm buzzed ..... after we left with another woman just talking to him? Check the cameras! Meanwhile we were standing outside when we heard it at our car. He then blames it on the owner saying "she" called wondering what was wrong? Do your job don't hit me up for money after we leave with the person u were just speaking to. 4 times I told them the AC was not working. The same guy!!! And once again he says it is... As surfboard wax is melting onto my electronics. Cons: getting lied to and robbed daily. Do not go here! Value your storage and customer service... Pros: none read more

First time using a storage facility and am really happy with SoCal. mario & ryan are super -- they are both helpful and friendly. Great facility, very clean, and totally safe.

The staff there is really friendly and nice. The facility is clean. I would recommend anyone to do business with them.

I had a unit at this location for years and they were wonderful from start to finish! They are friendly and helped me whenever I needed anything. The prices are comparable to other locations but the units are climate controlled so you don't have to worry about heat or outside contaminations. The only reason I ended my rental there was that I moved to a home with more storage space. I Highly recommend SoCal Self Storage Northridge. Great people there. read more

Ok, I never thought I'd be writing a review about self storage but I had to. Recently I found myself in a situation where I had to immediately move out of my house and consequently needed to find a place to put my stuff. Normally I'd have gone to one of the other name places but, I found this gem of a place. Not only did So-Cal have exactly what I needed but the units are climate controlled. Now, the reason for the 5 stars. Customer service!! The manger, Mario, is probably one of the coolest, most accommodating, and understanding people I've met in this industry. He worked with me to get a rate that worked for me, and not only got me the best deal but a unit that worked for me (for a price that was considerably less than other places). If you're in need of storage, seriously go here!! read more
