I walked in and was assisted right away and had my key duplicated quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Afterwards, I spoke with Debbie and let her know an issue I was having with the lock on our front door. I told her I was planning on replacing that lock. When I showed her a picture of our front door lock, she recommended that her locksmiths take a look at it because they likely could repair the issue. She said that the lock we had was a very good one and fairly expensive one, and that it likely could be fixed for much less than replacing it. I made an appointment for the following week, and Avery and Sebastian came right on time. They efficiently took apart the lock, saw what the issue was, and fix the problem.
