We are…read morefrom San Diego and went to the Roctober Model Rocketry launch at the Lucerne Valley dry lake bed. Our experience with his company was amazing, because he is so great! First off, the trailer we rented was in great shape and very comfortable. We met him at the site and he delivered the trailer, which was a huge help. Everyything in the trailer was in good working order and, additionally, Mike provided items that other companies (we have used other companies to rent before) don't! For example, he provides toilet paper, paper towels and all other paper goods! Also, Mike checks on you during your stay to make sure things are going well and there are no issues. For people that are coming from out of town as we were, this was very welcome! The most important and wonderful thing was that, while we were at the rocket launch, we got hit with a huge rainstorm one night that turned the site into a muddy mess! Mike made special arrangements to get us a friend's large military truck to get us and our truck out of there so we wouldn't be stuck after the weekend. He felt that this was his duty as we were his customers! He and his friends personally made sure we got out safe and sound! Frankly, I have never experienced that type of customer concern and loyalty! Mike has an incredible view of what it means to provide customer service and he truly cares about his customers.
