We had a problem with our 5th wheel hitch. My husband drove the trailer over to his shop and it took time and talked to him and did research and called the manufacturer and the next day the owner of Lindustries called my husband and told him he called the manufacturer and talked to them and what was said. It was a nice surprise these days to have a company do what they say they are going to do. We usually go out of town for RV work but we will be using him from now on. EXCELLENT!!!! Had an issue where my GFI in bathroom kept tripping, Dave from Lindustries was able to solve the issue, which wasn't as easy as just changing out the GFI. He even called the next day to make sure everything ran properly as it's winter and I have an electric heater that I utilize. I will use this business over and over again. Boondockers at the Football field, Wagon wheel, Ridgecrest or anywhere in the area. PAY ATTENTION We have boondocked in this area for years and have done business with the previous owners. I've had electrical issues for months that I tried but could not diagnose myself. I was in the area and decided to call. I am glad I did. Dave the new owner took my call and we tried to figure it out over the phone. couldn't figure it out. This is Friday at 2 pm. He asked if I could bring it in before 4pm. I headed right down and long story short, it only took him about 30 minutes to diagnose and repair what was a complicated electrical issue. His electrical diagnosing procedure is superb! I had a catastrophic failure on my off-road camp trailer out in Panamint Valley (snapped an axle). Luckily I had Starlink and was able to make some phone calls. My second call was to Lindustries, and Dave, the owner answered my call. When I described my situation and unusual setup I expected another "nah, we don't do that kind of work" but instead he very confidently said "yea, no problem we'll take care of you". After a 3 hour tow into Ridgecrest I dropped off the trailer and met with Dave and his crew. He offered to work directly with my manufacturer (Turtleback) and my insurance company, so I put him in touch with both. I cannot describe in a short review how impressed and grateful I was (and still am) for the service I received from Dave and his crew at Lindustries RV! The whole process took a month or two, mostly because of waiting on parts from my manufacturer, but Dave kept me posted with regular emails, and also kept in touch with the insurance adjuster, handling all the payments from them without me needing to get involved. There were a lot of other traditional RVs in the yard (which is very spacious) so it is a relatively busy shop, but the entire crew was attentive and took care of everything, including an "old school" alignment on my trailer, which I have had tremendous trouble finding shops to perform in the past. While it was in the shop, the trailer received some minor damage, and instead of ignoring it and hoping I would not notice, Dave emailed me about it and took full responsibility - repairing the damage and knocking a bit of the price off the bill. I don't think I've ever worked with a shop that was so easy to work with, competent, AND honest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Seriously, if I had an RV, I would drive 4 hours from where I live to have them service it! read more

Absolutely awesome service and people. Pleasure slowly towing my 3 legged travel trailer to them after a catastrophic bearing failure on the 395, 9.5 miles away. (Well the slooow tow not so much pleasure). About an hour later left 4 legged with a whole new setup (luckily axle was ok). Reasonable $$ for parts and labor. My brake lights and turn signals went out on 395 south and I called Lindustries RV and spoke with Dave. He asked how far I was out and changed an appointment in the afternoon so he could help solve the problem when I arrived. I didn't have to wait and he found a cord that had gotten unplugged and fix the situation, and tightened my side mirror that kept moving. The store is well stocked with rv parts. Had my RV detailed inside and out. Replaced awning and slideout toppers fabric. Engine and generator maintenance. Electrical problem with power transfer fixed. Resealed the roof. Replaced all exterior lighting reflectors and storage hardware. Got it back looking like new! This RV repair & service company apparently has new owners and a new name, Lindustries RV Services. Same great service. We developed a problem with one of our slide-out toppers billowing at highway speeds, which curtailed our drive from Hesperia to Lone Pine. We limped into Ridgecrest in the late afternoon and in the morning showed up to Lindustries. The owner immediately repaired the problem with a drill and a new screw, which took around 10 minutes. No charge! They said they understood what it is like to break down along the road. I left a tip. We remain grateful for the help and the competence. Having problems with our trailer furnace. Called asking if they carried the thermostat to swap it out hoping that was the problem.
