Ryan's Auto Glass was the first business I called to see if they could replace the windshield of my Toyota Sienna minivan. Ryan answered all of my questions patiently even though he probably answers those same questions multiple times a day. Ryan said he may have one in stock but that there are a few different glass types. He suggested that I bring the van over to see but that it would be $300 OTD to replace. He didn't want me to have to make a separate trip, that I could come a little early to the appointment time, or that I could come over earlier. But, he didn't want to waste my time either way. I really appreciated that! I drove across town to immediately have him check and he indeed needed to order one of the different windshields. About 24 hours later, Ryan was ready for me when I arrived and he began the prep to install the new glass. Ryan brought me into the bay to show me the wings before he did anything major. It was helpful to look at something I might have complained about after having the car serviced even though I'd never really noticed them being on my vehicle in the first place. My glass cost more than he'd originally quoted, but the $300 quote was honored and that's what I paid. (They accept cash, check, or card.) If your insurance will save you money, they'll let you know. But, usually, it's quicker and easier to pay the cash price. While seated in the air conditioned lobby waiting for my car to get done, another customer came in. While they quickly discussed his glass, I learned that they will not deal with Geico. When my car was about done, I paid, was given clear instructions as to what to do with the tape on my car, walked out to see Ryan washing my windshield, and then left. Start to finish, I was home in less than an hour! Ryan and Megan were a pleasure to work with!! I'm glad I could support a local business and that I hadn't looked anywhere else! Terrible! save your time, money and frustration involved. Had a simple window swap I had them do, and I was told the old glass "broke in the process" and then that "he wish he knew I wanted, it because he could have done it a different way" maybe ask next time, before destroying my property? Just a thought. I came back when I notice that the clips weren't installed and he said he "forgot and he could pop them in"but that he could really quick, which he couldn't .. so I left the truck there ANOTHER day, for him to clip those in, and clean up the glue was in a hurry so left after being told from the front desk chick "you're all good" just to realize the next day when I looked that it was exactly the same as how I left it.. no cleaned up glue nor clips. Went to Ryan two months ago to replace my pitted window on my 2006 GMC truck. Walk out this morning and there was a stress crack from the driver side. Call Ryan about the problem and he was rude on the phone saying its not covered. So me and the husband went down and had it looked at by two mechanics look at it and they saw no "impact" was told there might be a microcrack from when it was installed or on the window. Ryan reluctantly came out to inspect the window. He claims to have done a "good job" and the crack was done by impact. My husband showed him there's no sign of impact in an elevated voice. That it was a stress crack from the glass. He should have been talking to us to make this situation better. Instead, he said my husband was threatening him. He turned around and went back into his office, mumbling some smart ass remark!!! read more

Originally got a good quote from Ryan to replace a windshield. We were told it would be an exact replacement. When we got the car back, not only was the windshield not heated as the original was, the rear view mirror was broken. After nearly a month trying to find out how they were going to rectify the problem with little to no response, we finally got an answer on the phone and were told that the price would nearly triple to get the right windshield installed (a higher price than even the dealer quoted). We spoke again today trying to resolve the issues. Almost from word one Ryan was insulting, argumentative, and wouldn't let me speak long enough to explain what we were hoping to do to resolve the issue. In the end, he hung up on us. We now have a wrong windshield, broken mirror and knowledge that there's a need in town for a windshield repair business that has some sense of how to provide service in a professional manner. read more

Props to Ryan's Auto Glass I have had a noise coming from the windshield of my truck at high speeds. He went for a ride with me and believed it was possibly the side molding. He removed it and we rode again, the sound seemed to stop. He said IF it started back up again then chances are I might need a new windshield but seeing how the noise seemed to have stopped he thought it would be fine. He then suggested putting on some new double sided tape, which I did and I'm pretty sure the issue is solved. Sure is nice to go to a business that is honest and does not try to rip you off or sell you things you really don't need. THANKS RYAN! BTW, no charge, talk about great customer service! OUTSTANDING!!! Professional, courteous, and ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! Ryan replaced my 2010 VW Jetta windshield after it cracked from a rock chip. I watched him do the entire service and he was absolutely meticulous. He did so well, I brought in my 1994 Jeep Wrangler which leaked like a sieve because Safelite, which replaced the windshield previously, did such a crappy job. You will pay a little more for Ryan's services, but he uses OEM glass, not cheap thin replacement glass like Safelite uses. The work on the Jeep is also outstanding! 5 Stars. - Tony K read more
