I went and washed my car today and got the inside cleaned as well and still had to come home and rewash my windows and my door paneling. The car wash was $32, they raised the price but give shit quality. I will NEVER go to this car wash again. This is the third time going there and being highly disappointed. BE CAREFUL! I have had a membership here for just about two years. Two months ago I began bringing my brand new car here, 2026 model. Last week after going through the car wash I noticed that it put deep scratches in my side mirrors and trim and left small scratches ALL OVER my vehicle. I spoke with the manager and filed a claim. They offered to wax it to see if they could get the scratches out. I let them. It did not fix anything. They admitted the damage and admitted they could see it. They basically told my husband and I that this was normal to expect and they couldn't do anymore but wax it again. They couldn't further the claim. SO BEWARE if you have a car that you care about, if you don't care about it then this is the car wash for you. read more

I brought the car in after a drive to LA and back. There were bug splats on the window. That was my primary reason for taking it to the car wash. I had to ask them to run it through a second time because the windshield was still streaked. In the past the prep before going into the car wash included washing and scrubbing the windshield. The first time they did not do that. The second time they did, but I still ended up with some streaks and bug stuff. It's still worth going there because the vacuums are very good, but I now expect to either do the windows before I go or after I go myself. read more

I normally wouldn't take the time to rate an experience at a car wash, but I was genuinely surprised by how clean my car was after coming here. Not only was my car sparkling, my mirrors were not folded in or out as typically happens at other drive-through car washes. When I went to clean the interior afterwards, I was pleasantly surprised that the vacuums actually had sufficient suction to get a lot of the dirt and grime that has accumulated over the last six months and other car washes were never able to get out of the carpet and upholstery. read more

Anyway it used to be great. Recently they have stopped scrubbing your car before you go into the car wash. My car doesn't get as clean as it use to. The windshield is left with bird poop still on it, the car is left with dirt spots, the side mirrors are still dirty. I feel as though their charging you the same amount but doesn't really care if you have the same results as before. One of their rotary wheel cleaning brushes mist be leaking oil! This "car wash" left an oily residue up to the center of my wheels and all along the entire side of my white car! I didn't notice until a couple of days later when dust, asbestos from the disk brakes and other road stuff started to stick in the oil. Very disappointed!! read more

Their sign says "now open until 6pm" but they are not open that late. Got there at 5:45 and it was closed. When I mentioned something about it while being turned away a few weeks back at 5:03 he said there is a web site with the hours. That's not what the sign says. I am really happy with the service I received! Even in the humid weather they were friendly, smiling, with great attitudes and did a fantastic job with my Rav4! They have a nice comfy couch with tv to watch, free refrigerated water bottles and free Wi-Fi! They have great prices and they work hard to make sure you're happy. Used the automated car wash for a quick wash. The machine broke my truck grill and the manager attempted to "try" and deny their responsibility for my broken grille. They did not offer to fix, help fix, free washes etc..... I will not be returning due to their inability to attempt to help the situation. Customers beware!!! read more

I purchased the monthly plan for $19.99 monthly. Was given my credit card receipt. Renewed the next month per my credit card. Turns out the payment is an automatic payment so now I was paying twice monthly. After 6 visits to fix this problem, no results. The owner did call and offer a refund but it was never received even though I recontacted them multiple times. I worked very hard for my money and I'm very resentful that this establishment chose to keep my money. I highly recommend you stay away from this business. read more
