I didn't bother calling or reaching out to any other window shops because I already knew exactly where I wanted to take my car. Honestly, I think if it wasn't for the tint I previously had installed, the damage would've been a lot worse. I drove around for about a week or two with the cracked window before finally taking my car in, and as always, they did an amazing job. He had me in and out within minutes. I really appreciate that they never try to upsell me or offer things I don't need just honest service and quality work. I first visited this location earlier this year to tint my windows, and now that I've had them for over six months, I can confidently say the tint has held up perfectly. Within moments of my decision to remain in the slow lane, a rock flew into the bottom left hand corner of my windshield, leaving a crack the size of a nickel. I called Safelite from the road and set up an appointment for the following Monday (many time slots were available!). I signed up for reminders. Safelite sent me a reminder and a video to watch in preparation for the appointment. Safelite likes you to show up at least 10 minutes early. I showed up 15 minutes early and they took my car right away. The reminder told me that it might take 45 minutes, but the clerk said it would take about 30. The restrooms are a little dingy and there's no paper towels in the one I used, but the waiting room has coffee, free WIFI, and many chairs to sit in. This Safelite location does not take Apple Pay. As soon as my car was finished, the technician drove my car to the front and handed me my keys and my receipt.

When I asked them to check who called me and confirmed everything beforehand, the employee behind the counter pretended to look into it and then said, "I'm not sure who called you." No accountability, no professionalism, and clearly no communication within their own company. Avoid this location at all costs. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you in the door, even if nothing is actually ready.
