Showtime Auto Collision came through again. My wife and I bring our vehicles here anytime something happens, and they never disappoint. We love the professionalism, communication, and quality of work they provide. The process is always stress-free because we can simply drop off the car and let them handle everything from start to finish. They even deal with the difficult claims adjusters so we don't have to. Thank you, Showtime Auto Collision, for always taking great care of us and our vehicles! read more

Showtime has worked on my vehicles over the years and I HAVE TO tell you, don't ever go anywhere else!! I mean it! You will NEVER be disappointed. From the fabulous girls in the office (Leah, Hannah, Erica) who are constantly updating you and working hard for you, to Michael and his expertise on autos who fixed my car in about 2 days!! And then Juan who details the car inside and out!!! Who does this? NOONE! I'm always so thrilled when my car or my family's cars have to go to SHOWTIME! They are so sweet (literally) they even leave a candy bar in the car for you when they hand you the keys. Who does that? NOONE! I really LOVE Showtime! Trust me, I swear you will love them too. read more

This is the epitome of excellence. Customer service by all the staff was outstanding! The ease of making an appointment and the updates on their progress was amazing. They even finished my vehicle one day early! The car was detailed, inside and out, which made it look like it came off the showroom floor! I have been in the Automotive Business for over 50 years. I have never seen a better run repair facility. Factory Certified by most manufacturers is the level of confidence that you are looking for. PPG paint products are used for a quality finish. They are the best and are used in many original manufactures for painting and automotive glass. I highly recommend Showtime Collision for your repair needs. read more

A righteous 5 star rating to be sure; Showtime offers amazing customer service and the work performed is simply top shelf- They did some window and headlight work & detailed my car. Simply incredible work- Highly recommend Showtime! read more

I got hit on my driver side back bumper. I got a referral from a friend, as I didn't know we had a body shop in the Lake Arrowhead mountains, and it was Showtime Collision in Running Springs, close to my home. They got me in for an estimate within a few days. They helped work with the insurance company for the other party, so I didn't have to report it to my insurance company. All the people I delt with, were very competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything along the way. It was done before it was promised and the work was excellent. They went above and beyond. My car was all detailed upon my picking it up. They are a family owned business that has been in business for some 30+ years. I would highly recommend Showtime Collision to anyone that needs outstanding body work and customer service. read more

Amazing people doing amazing work. Gone above and beyond in every way, simply to ensure a happy customer. A million times better than any other auto shop I've been to yet. read more

I called them today to see the cost of repainting my 2011 Prius III and they told me they would not paint my car because it was a salvage. I bought the vehicle as a completely renewed salvage vehicle in 2013 and it has been running perfectly since then, but to be honest that has nothing to do with getting the car painted. My negative opinion of the company is not able to be repeated here. I determined that these people are scam artists. They only do vehicles that are insurance repairs and paint because that way they can pad their billing. I had a friend who had his dodge charger repaired for $8000 but it was completely covered by insurance. read more

I love My Truck and was devastated when I got hit. The lady took out the whole backside of my truck. Her insurance company sent me here to showtime for the estimate but told me I could go anywhere I wanted to. Every person from the moment I walked in the door was delightful, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my concerns. They made me feel so comfortable that I wanted them to do the work and boy was that the right decision. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. They stayed on the timeline and actually had my vehicle done a little earlier then they had anticipated. When I picked up my truck, it looked absolutely brand new again. They did such a great job with the cleaning and detailing.. and they even left me a little candy bar along with a sweet note. I would highly highly recommend showtime collision center for any of your needs and I will definitely use them again if I ever find myself in the need of any type of bodywork. thank you, Showtime for getting me my baby back! read more

My car got a door ding that included the paint being chipped. Showtime Collision fixed it with super fast and friendly service. They kept me informed every step of the way, the repair was flawless and their price was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again (but hopefully I won't need to)! I highly recommend them. read more

The team at showtime collision is the best team I've ever dealt with hands down when it comes to body shops. The staff, their communication and their work all speak for themselves! The whole front desk staff always answered my phone calls and the questions that followed. They kept me up to date with repairs and with what my insurance was saying or doing. The completion time of my car was on time like they predicted. The body shop staff left my car looking better than new like if nothing ever even happened. I was beyond happy and excited when I saw them driving my car to me. Last but not least, a huge thanks to the detailing staff who made sure my car was squeaky clean and beyond spotless before they returned it to me. My car was finished when they said it would be . There were no hidden fees whatsoever . The body looked good as new and color matching was perfect . Over the years I have taken 3 different vehicles in for repair and each one was perfect. I have pets so my car was a mess when I dropped it off and i planned on having it detailed after they were done. I couldn't believe how immaculate the interior and the outside was when I picked it up. Kudos to Jacob Ruffalo for detailing it I highly recommend Showtime col read more

My truck was in an accident that took out most of the front grille and the bumper. Found Showtime on yelp and was surprised to find a repair shop on the mountain and with rave reviews. I met with them and they handled it all- car rental, insurance claim - everything. The repair was done on time as promised. Customer service from the front office team was top notch- good communication on progress and follow up. And they did an awesome job- can't even tell it was ever in an accident. Highly recommend! read more

Showtime is incredible. The staff is courteous, quick and professional. The work they do is immaculate and their turnaround time is spot on. I came here after my car, a Subaru, was smashed into by someone who wanted to test Pauli's exclusion principle and decided to merge into my lane. Which would have been fine if I wasn't using it at time, but I was and Pauli's is still in play on Earth so we had a mid-morning crash. They damaged the front fender, bumper, hub cap and wheel of my car; luckily they had insurance. I called Showtime a couple of hours after talking to the insurance and they either employ psychics or have had this situation come up a lot, because they answered my biggest question without me even asking it: rental cars. Living on the mountain you have to have a car and I didn't have a way to get to Enterprise, but Showtime had it covered. They went down the mountain in the morning, picked up my rental and had it waiting at the shop when I dropped my Subaru off. How amazing is that? And speaking of Amazing. The work they did was/is incredible, it looks brand new and the color matching was done to perfection, you can't tell anything was ever wrong with it. But that's not all, they detailed the interior so the inside looked just as good as the outside when I picked it up. I don't have luck with cars and every other shop I've ever taken mine to, I just felt lucky if they left only one greasy footprint and a handful of loose M&Ms in the car - one time I found 1/2 a sandwich. This is perfectionist service to a whole other level and not just because I didn't find leftovers in my car. It was immaculate inside and out. If you need this kind of service you're obviously having a bad day, and they know that. The staff will take great care of you and I can't recommend them enough. I'd give them 10 stars if it was possible. Take your car here and you won't have to worry about a thing. read more

Showtime is the best, someone smashed me on the arctic circle in the snow last December. They fixed my car and made it like new again. They were extremely friendly, kept me updated on any changes in the completion date. They detailed the inside of my horrendously messy car for me, which I wasn't expecting, but was pleased to see. They even left a handwritten thank you note in my car with a snickers when they gave the keys back. I'm hoping to not wreck my car again, but if I do, I will be going to showtime again. Oh yeah, the best part is that they have a really chill dog that hangs out in the waiting area with you. read more

I dropped my truck off at Showtime for a repair after a collision. Despite the obvious stress, the staff at Showtime made the process incredibly simple and easy. I was able to pick up my rental on site, and they explained the process to me in a completely comprehensible way. Throughout the two week repair, I was kept constantly informed about where we were in the process and what the progress was. My truck looked incredible once I picked it up. The repair was flawless, and it was detailed to look like new. Although I hope I never have a need to seek their services again, I love knowing that there is a business like Showtime that I can trust to be downright awesome. read more

Outstanding customer service, very professional, great time management, quality service and repair. Daily text updates, friendly service, courtesy calls, they even went above and beyond by offering to stay past closing for me to pick up my car. My 2019 Genesis hit a rock on SR-18 in early March 2024. The damage was just under $10,000.00. Showtime performed the repairs in such a complete manner that it is impossible to tell that the care was involved in any accident at all. The car looks like it was never damaged. The staff at Showtime is incredible. They truly look after their customers. I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs. When an issue arose, it was taken care of in a friendly and competent manner. I have used Showtime in the past and, in the event I am involved in other accidents while living in the mountains, I will seek repairs from no other facility. They are the best. read more

Would highly recommend this shop for their craftsmanship and quality of service! Showtime Collision is a wonderful family run business. Each and ever member of staff that I worked with over the phone and in person were very professional, friendly, and thorough through ever step of the process! I had to have my rear bumper and the light on the bumper replaced due to an accident. I was lucky enough to come across Showtime Collision when I had to take my car in for an inspection. I was originally going to take my in car for repairs in Orange County, however, after seeing how professional this shop looked and how professional the staff were I decided to have them repair my car. Not only were they able to repair my car two weeks faster than another shop said it would take, they were done one day earlier than they anticipated. I was also updated via text on the status of my car until it was finished which was nice. I even had a good experience with the rental car and Enterprise. While I was there, I also asked them about some scratches on my car which they took care of for me. I could not have picked a better place to repair my Mini! read more

I can't say enough good things about Showtime and their staff. My Cadillac XT5 was backed into and had some pretty significant damage to the front. Showtime made the repair process as painless as it could possibly be. They are very professional and wonderful to deal with. They completed the work impeccably and ahead of schedule. They communicated every step of the way and if I had random questions (I did!) they were always happy to answer them. When I went to pick up my vehicle, imagine my surprise when I got in and found there was a snickers and a handwritten thank you note!! Wonderful staff that takes care of customers. They were just a pleasure to deal with. read more

Hands down the best shop ever! I have come here a few times in the past and every time I am always treated with the utmost respect. You walk through the door into a very warm and welcoming lobby, I was greeted by Erica and she was very professional and she know exactly what she was talking about and answered all of my questions. My favorite thing is they will never try to hassle or up sell you if it will not directly benefit the customer, unlike every other shop I have ever been to. They go over everything with you and will explain the process. if they recommend certain parts over others, its not to make themselves more money but instead to increase the quality and longevity of your vehicle. Throughout the process of getting my vehicles worked on here, they have always kept me up to date of any progress or delays. If for some reason a part couldn't be shipped or was delays in transit, they called and told me. Once my vehicles were done, the quality was unbelievable! you could not even tell They were damaged to begin with! The paint matched perfectly, everything looked better than stock and it was even washed! In the past I have gotten my cars back from other shops and it looked worse than when I took it there, but with Showtime, My cars looked better then when they came off the showroom floor! I can honestly tell that each member of their team has a passion and takes pride in the quality of their work. All in all, I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs honest and professional repair work done on their vehicles. They're quality is above everyone else. read more

I took my 2015 Subaru Impreza to showtime after I turned it into a ping pong ball between berms. Tyler, Erica and the team did a fantastic job all around! My car looked better than when I originally purchased it!!!!!! They even provided a rental to me when some unexpected hold ups occurred! Not only would I recommend showtime to every one I know, if you drive a Subaru, showtime should be the only place you consider! Their customer service is spectacular! 11/10 I would recommend Showtime! My car came back looking BRAND NEW after I (sadly) hit a deer who left my bumper and headlights cracked and destroyed. Best car service I've ever received for auto body work. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

RIP OFF - SCAM Don't leave your car here. Your estimate means nothing. Yes I mean the estimate will change after the work is started or done. I had a very simple estimate of 1200 which was too high in the first place for not even a dent just a scratched bumper. After the work was completed they demand over 2200 now. Oh estimates change they said. Then estimates mean nothing. Just another rip off. What a joke. Get other estimates and don't go here. read more

After a harrowingly scary encounter with a pickup truck sliding on it's side straight at us, Triple A sent us to Showtime Collision for some relatively minor repairs considering what took place. We live in Big Bear and and did not mind the short trip to Running Springs because it was so worth it. These people treated us like royalty at every stage of the process. Hey kept us well informed of every step so we didn't have to wonder what was going on. We were all so able to leave our rental car there which was was better than having to take it back down the hill. When we picked up our vehicle I truly believe it was in better shape and better looking than when we bought it new from Honda. The car was spotless inside and out. It wasn't just washed it was detailed it was polished and they even left a special little present inside for us. This place is like the five star hotel of collision repair. I'm telling you if you have to beg your insurance company to let you go here it's worth the beg. Bless everyone at Showtime Collision for being such outstanding people and giving such truly amazing service. Jim & Patty read more
