It has a way for you to write to them to explain why they should refill it "early", which I filled out, but they never responded. Having missed one dose I called to get the prescription refilled. They told me they would have it ready the next day after 10am. I went in the next day but in the afternoon. They hadn't filled it and told me to come back after at least an hour. I went back when I was able to, but it was more like 3 hours later. They had closed early that day. They hadn't warned me that they were closing early, which would have been nice to know. So, again I couldn't get my prescription! It's been over a week since I missed my meds that are crucial for me to keep up regularly! This is just the latest of many problems I've had with Walgreens, I'm looking for a better pharmacy.

Two years ago I had cool sculpting done and the only results were swelling for over a month and not even 1 inch of fat loss for over 4,000.00. I swore after that I would never spend another dime on a weight loss procedure unless I actually saw the fat come out. Fast forward to September 2019. I have dieted and exercised with very little results. Needless to say, I had some serious issues with my body and self esteem. As I looked for options, I came across smart lipo. I googled all the info I could about it and watched YouTube videos of the procedure as well as what doctors recommended. I was sold but nervous. I told a friend about my thoughts and she recommended Belle Medical in Pleasant Grove. The staff was upfront and honest with me. I explained the only concern I have is that I have a very low pain tolerance and I was afraid of the pain. They helped me decide what was the best course of action and we scheduled my procedure date for Dec 20. The day came and I was nervous but excited. I was given some pain meds and something to relax. The doctor helped talk me through my nerves. Some parts I felt basically nothing because I was so numb and other parts hurt. The next couple of days I was in pain, but was able to be up and moving without pain medication within 3 days. At week one I saw a huge difference! Significant loss and I was still swollen. By week 4 I had lost a total of 11 1/2 inches! ( remember the full results don't show for 3 to 6 months ) I was still a little sore like a bruise. There are only two regrets I have. #1. I didn't do this years ago. #2. I didn't do my inner thighs. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are kind, thoughtful and invested in your outcome. A few tips if you are going to do this. Do your homework. Take time off to recover (I took 2 weeks). Buy an extra compression garment that has an opening to go the the bathroom. I'm sure Belle will be happy to let you buy an extra one. I got mine off of amazon. (the first two were too small so I'm glad I ordered early) Last but not least, have someone there to help you with the compression garment the first week. Thank you again Belle Medical! DrBlake is hard to beat, his care for his patients and how good he is with what he does is just phenomenal. Let me tell you one of the many stories why I am constantly reminded that "wow, I'm so lucky to have found drBlake as my doctor!" I have a black triangle at my lower tooth and he wasn't sure if I have recession or if it's just the shape of the tooth. Black triangles is like a space between tooth and gum. He recommended I see a periodontist to find out. I went to dr "B" from Provo who has a very nice office with ice cream maker in the lobby. DrBlake recommended me to drEdmunds but he is booked and the next opening for a consult was in a month. So we called different places and all of them are the same and the only one with opening was this Provo orthodontist. Guess what- he said I have recession on all my teeth and he put me to a plan with a total of $11,000. I asked him how come my dentist and orthodontist, since I had braces too, didn't know this. I mean those two doctors should've noticed and said something. Then I started rethinking, this Provo periodontist was the only one who had an opening of he was that good he should be booked too like everyone else. I had my next appt with drBlake and told him what happened and I said I already have a surgery scheduled since this Provo Perio already scared me of losing my teeth if I don't do anything now. DrBlake was extremely professional and said "let me call a couple periodontist I'm sure they can get you in ASAP before you do the surgery I suggest you get a second opinion". With how busy drBlake is I didn't expect him to do anything and I was just set on doing the surgery with this Provo Perio. The next day o got two calls from two different periodontist and they said the same exact thing "your dentist drBlake called and scheduled an appt for you for a consult, we are in network so when is the best time for you". DrBlake care and he even made sure these perio were in network, he cared for his patients that even its not his money and his time I'm wasting he wants to make sure all his patients are in good hands. I saw the periodontist drBlake called for a second opinion, the periodontist from Orem, and he did not even know why I was there and did not know drBlake he just treated me like a new patient and guess what he said - your gum is good, you have a very little recession but if I touch your gum and it's not something that will do a dramatic change then it means I don't have business there. I was like, are you kidding me? The Provo Perio almost screwed me! I'm so glad I got a second opinion. So I told this Orem Perio of my experience with the Provo Perio and he told me it wasn't the first time he heard it. He said I'm sure your dentist (DrBlake) knew about it that's why he wanted you to get a second opinion because we are all in the same industry so we know how everyone practices. THANK YOU drBlake, you are extremely amazing. You are very professional and did not even trash talk the Provo Perio. You just made an action plan and delivered and made me find out for myself what the nest decision should be. Ending, I called the Provo Perio and cancelled. You know what's funny, they called me a week after telling me "hey you cancelled last week so we rescheduled you for next week" I was like "I don't remember rescheduling" and they said "your husband did" but my husband never did so they tried to trick me! Crazy. I will never trust that Provo Perio, scary how they run their business. That's just one of the amazing experiences I had with drBlake. My husband, myself and now that we have kid we all go to him. It's in the family now and no one can take that away from us. Even if we move state we will still go to drBlake because he is simply superb!
