Anyway, I saved up a few gift cards and waited patiently for the sale dates to be announced. Then I pounced. This location is in a strip mall setup, with ample parking and signage out front. You can't miss it. (Sadly, I didn't take any pictures as I was laser-focused on getting inside to start my haul.) Because of social distancing and crowd control, there was a line outside the store to get in. A happy employee was standing outside the door keeping track of how many people were let in, allowing new customers to enter as others finished their shopping. Everyone was pleasant and made it a fun event. I felt bad for her standing out in the miserable hot sun. The products were displayed nicely and sale signage was clear. I interacted with a few employees who were stocking shelves or answering customers questions. I'm sure they were all exhausted and looking forward to the sale being over-but they were kind to everyone and had smiles on their tired faces. I ended up with a good amount of product to hold me over until the next sale. Unless, by some miracle, they bring back the Heartland fragrance. Then I'll break my fast and stop by any time to pick some up!

On Lynne's website, she mentions services such as damage repair, so I was wanting to see what could be done, bearing in mind that the best option may be a new wig. Right away Lynne was extremely helpful and empathetic to my issue. We looked over the existing wig and she covered the issues and what could be done, as well as going over some trouble I was having with the dryness. The wig was natural human hair, full lace, silk top. I had been glueing/taping it to keep it in place. I decided I wanted to try something different and she was very helpful at looking over all the styles she had that would work for me. Both styles I looked at were on the top shelf and she graciously pulled out her step to grab each one. She spent time with me, explaining how these wigs work (I'm a new wig wearer). I ended up leaving with a synthetic, lace front, silk top wig that amazingly: I DON'T HAVE TO GLUE DOWN! I am beyond excited about this. It looks beautiful. We went over hair care and I ordered a different color as well. The cost of one wig here was HALF of what I had paid for the one I walked in with.
