If I could give ZERO star, I would. I like the store and selection of products, but the staff at the American Fork, UT store is rude, except for an older brunette lady who's always smiling and is always very helpful. She's one of the reasons I went back there a couple more times, and because I thought that was the closest Sally Beauty store to my house. The other girls who work at that store, especially the one who has short platinum blond hair, look at you as if you're being a nuisance when they see you showing up there during their shift, and as if you're someone from another galaxy. In one of my trips to that store, the girl with the short hair had vaguely explained to me where a certain product was, and didn't even bother pointing where the product was, let alone taking me to its location in the store. I was able to find the product on my own, and had a question about another product. When I realized that the nice brunette lady was also working that day, I decided to ask her the question I had about the second product, and when the girl with the short platinum hair saw me waiting for my turn to talk to the brunette lady, she rudely asked me if I did not see the first product I had previously asked her about. After 2 more trips, I had vowed to never go back to that store. Today I had to stop by at a Sally Beauty store, and since I was in a hurry and was in the area I, unfortunately, stopped by at the American Fork store... again... The short hair girl was there, and once again, she gave me the dirty look as soon as I walked in. A girl who has long, straight, light brown hair came to my assistance, after being asked to, but she did not smile, was a bit blunt, didn't say hi when I walked in, didn't even look at me when I walked in, and seemed like she didn't want to be there or didn't want customers to be there. After those few trips to that store, I had found out that there was another store closer to where I live (thank goodness). At the store that's closer to my house, I had mentioned that I didn't know that that store existed so I had been buying products at the American Fork store. A customer who was there that day mentioned that the staff at the AF store was very rude, and I could see that I wasn't the only customer who was mistreated by most of the staff at the AF store. Anyway, if you're planning on buying products from Sally Beauty, I'd recommend not buying them at the AF store, and finding another one or purchasing products online. read more
