I had surgery on the shoulder of my dominant arm and needed someone to wash and condition my hair. Because I didn't know anyone, I just picked a time with the next available stylist at the South Jordan location. Maddison B (Maddee) is the person you want to see. She is very knowledgeable, professional and she is so friendly! If you'll spend the money they charge, go to her. She asked questions about what I liked and wanted, and she listened. My hair was soft, it smelled amazing, and the curls lasted a long, long time. I went to pro Do three times over three weeks. Unfortunately, I couldn't get Maddee again, so I saw a different stylist on the other two visits. They were nice enough, but they didn't listen, they weren't very knowledgeable. It was like they were just going through the motions. I didn't get what I requested, and the curls on my second visit didn't last a whole day. After my second and third visits, my hair didn't feel or smell the way it did on my first, even though I told them what products Maddee used. We came there because we didn't know what to do with my daughters hair for her ball. My expectation was the person doing her hair would have ideas that could help us know. I brought a picture of her dress and the girl kept asking what we wanted. If I knew how to do hair I would not have been there! She is supposed to be the expert. Then she "curled" her hair, it was falling out by the time he finished all of her hair. I told her I wasn't happy with how it looked because by the time the ball happened her hair wouldn't be curled. She did re-curl her hair. My daughter has natural curl in her hair and I was shocked to see her hair need to be re-curled. The concept the girl came up with was really cute, but was not done to stay intact. We were there from 1230-130 and the ball/dinner started at 4 (ending at 9). I made a comment to the girl that her hair needed to stay intact until 9 and that it didn't look secure. She assured me it was...adding a little more hairspray. By 8, her hair had completely fallen out and just had random Bobby pins in her hair. So all the pictures we took at the end of the ball with her friends (her school doesn't allow phones during the event, so no pictures can be taken during...only after. Her hair was falling apart. For how much money I spent, I'd expect her hair to stay put through the evening. read more

I've never had blow dry done so quickly! I was in from out of town, and so this was so convenient to jump in and jump out. I have medium length hair, and it's curly and thick, and i was done in less than 45 minutes. They do seem to do all their curling with a straighter, which isn't bad, but i felt set them apart. I really wish I could make the time to get over here once or twice a week. As it is, I get there a couple times a month and love every minute of it. They always greet you with a smile and I think the longest I've ever waited was a few minutes. Typically they have you back washing quickly. They always offer me something to drink. It's so nice having someone else blow outy our hair and the scalp massages are amazing. I love that they have 7am appointments so you can get in before work, but I typically head over around noon and never have trouble getting in. read more
