SOOOO happy with relik!!!! i've seen my fair share of hair stylists & salons & i've never been so…read morehappy with someone as i have with briche! i have brown hair naturally but have been doing blonde & platinum almost three years now. for years i would go see my husbands aunt at a different salon in american fork (that's now shut it's doors), but she is getting older & has wrist pain & cant take 6 hours to color my hair anymore. she referred me to a different stylist who i saw in december 2019, but she didn't get my color right so in april 2020, when i desperately needed my hair colored but had no stylist to turn to, i called relik (they have not shut their doors during this pandemic), i explained what i wanted to do & they made me an appointment with briche. i saw her the first time on 4/24. she nailed the hair color that the other stylist i saw last december didn't get right!! i wanted to do a light grey instead of white & she did it! she suggested i come back & see her to tone it, which i did last friday 6/26 & it looks freshly dyed, even though it was just a quick toning session! she's a little more expensive than anyone I've seen in the past but I promise she's worth it! the salon itself is classy, clean, & inviting. all the stylists there seem to know what they're doing! look them up on instagram or give them a call, but i promise you won't be disappointed you came here!

Jocelyn did a great job on my hair. But she's newer and took 4 hours to do a cut and color. That's…read morethe only reason I am trying someone else. I can't sit for 4 hours because of my back. But she knows what she's doing so if you have plenty of time give her a try. She should pick up the pace at she gets more experience.

Fallon is excellent! I went in for a scalp treatment because I was dealing with reoccurring acne,…read moredry scalp and flaking. This time I had a severe break out. Fallon gave me a relaxing treatment with top notch care, knowledge, customer service and expertise. My scalp has never been better. They also recommend me products (shampoo, conditioner and tonic spray). These have helped to maintain a healthy scalp and I've even noticed hair regrowth. I will forever be a client of Fallon at HOF salon

Only doing 2 stars because I should've made a better choice by going somewhere where I was sure I…read morecould've gotten real results. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

I absolutely love JZ styles salon! I was going to another salon and stylist for a couple of years…read morebut had to change due to her no longer doing extensions. I've been coming here since March and have been nothing short of impressed. I see Randy and absolutely love it! He's efficient, professional, and very kind. I love how personable he is and that he cares about me. He does my extensions in a timely manner and styles my hair afterwards. My move-ups always look and feel great. I recently bought new extensions from JZ (I've used their hair in the past before coming here) and am looking forward to having those installed soon by Randy. I definitely recommend JZ styles salon! They have also have great customer service. The salon is always clean as well.

I'm extremely disappointed to be writing this review, especially after being such a loyal and…read moreconsistent customer of JZ. I visit the salon every 4-5 weeks for extension move-ups, color, and other hair services. I've invested a significant amount of time and money into maintaining my hair over the years and have always been happy with the quality of the extensions I've purchased. Typically, I choose to replace my extensions every 6-8 months, not because they need replacing, but simply because I enjoy having fresh hair. However, the extensions I purchased in June, just four months ago, have been significantly below the quality I've experienced in previous years. My understanding is that these extensions are supposed to last a year or longer with proper care, so having to purchase an entirely new set after only four months is incredibly disappointing. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the new extensions I purchased today already feel noticeably thicker and of better quality, even before their first wash, compared to the previous batch. I understand that products can occasionally have quality issues, and I've never experienced this problem in the past. However, what disappoints me most is the lack of customer service or willingness to offer any sort of discount, compensation, or replacement for a product that clearly did not meet the quality standards I've come to expect. As someone who returns every single month, consistently invests in the salon's services, and has purchased extensions for years, I would have hoped that my loyalty and the circumstances would have warranted some consideration. I have always believed in paying for quality, and I have no issue investing in my hair when the product lives up to its expectations. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning both the consistency of the extensions being sold and how valued I am as a long-term customer. It's unfortunate because I've genuinely enjoyed coming here over the years, but I believe that standing behind the products you sell and taking care of loyal customers should be just as important as providing great hair services.
