I wanted a smaller establishment that would provide SoraBelle with a more intimate experience verses treating her like a random number. I had been on the waitlist for a few weeks before receiving the call that her new groomer Rachel was available. Prior to SoraBelle's appointment we received personalized messages that included reminders and pics for my groomer in prep for SoraBelle's first cut. I did not get to do the initial meet-n-greet with Rachel due to out of state travel but the hubby reassured me the drop off went really good. The feedback was Rachel seemed knowledgeable, attentive and excited to meet SoraBelle; getting on the floor for a proper hello. My feedback on Rachel during the pickup validated everything I was told. Rachel did a phenomenal job! This is the best groom that SoraBelle's received. We are booked out for the remainder of the year!

We had so much trouble finding a groomer that would return our calls in the last several months that we ended up buying two grooming kits from Amazon and our poor little doggie looked like he was a beauty school test case. I was so thrilled to hear about Wildflower Pet Spa opening in the Broadripple/Glendale area, and was even more thrilled when Tami returned my call as quickly as she did and got him in for a grooming appointment. When we brought him in he was an absolute mess. Tami worked with him often on throughout an entire day, fitting him in between other doggies in order to give him some time to rest and remain calm. He's blind and it takes him a little while to warm up to a new groomer... But Tami was incredibly patient with him. I have since been back a second time and had an equally wonderful experience. She was kind, flexible highly skilled, and did a great job maintaining communication with us throughout the day about timing. I would recommend this place to anyone! As a bonus, if you pay in cash there is a small discount applied to your service, it may be 3%? Don't quote me on that, but it is something to ask about.

Also when he calls to say my dog is done I am typically there within 15 minutes or less but if something comes up he is very understanding. If he notice something about your dog he will let you know. I know my dog got skin tag that developed on its own and he pointed it out to me to let me know about it. As long as I have my dog I will continue to go to Diggy. My dog is excited to go here and I can tell she enjoys being there.

She asked what day and time worked best, and we settled on the following day at 12. I got to the house a bit early and sat in my car for a while. I went and rang her door bell on the house, and her grooming trailer (which both have door bell cameras). Her neighbor was outside and told me she was not home yet. I sat in the car with my 2 dogs and eventually called about 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, she did not answer. I left a voicemail letting her know I had been waiting, and could wait a little longer if she had forgotten or was running behind. I waited another 15-20 minutes and eventually left. At that point, I had been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment. I decided I would wait a few days to write this review, to give her a chance to call and apologize to me, which she never did. As someone new to the area, this was an extreme let down. She had no regard to my time. If she didn't want to accept my dogs- she shouldn't have allowed me to schedule. I would not recommend The Pet Stylist LLC to anyone. There are plenty of other groomers in the area who would love the business, and respect your time. It is not easy to travel with two dogs!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!…read more I have a German shepherd/husky mix 8 YO and has never been in for a professional bath/ grooming. She's done nail trims but that's about it. Since 8 weeks old I've done in home bathing or outside hose bathing. Due to holiday traveling and it being winter she got stinky and was due for a spa day. I decided to come in and ask some general questions since my dog can be... particular. Doesn't do well with other dogs (around me anyways), coin toss on teeth, and isn't used to a high power blow dryer. Jeff was at the front and provided me with so much comfort and patience. There's a strict no "nose to nose" contact between dogs. Groomers do not force a cleaning. There are more than one way to dry (towel, blow dryer, or a crate type situation- takes much longer but isn't as "intense" which circulates the air around your pup to dry them). Knowing I was a walk in, I didn't expect a day of apt. He said there was one in 10 minutes but couldn't do deshedding. After further thought, I'd love deshedding but my primary need was bathe and nail trimming so he squeezed me in. Dropped off around 11:20. She was ready by 12:16 I was comfortable and satisfied enough that I took my pup there and left more anxious than she was! She was hesitant but went back immediately once I left. I was counting down the time (they provided an estimate and will text you once done). At pickup she came out as happy as a clam. Still slightly damp but now that she's dry, wow! What a difference. Very satisfied and plan to come back. They can do a la carte services along with a monthly membership - 3 different tiers. The app they have also provides you with the groomers notes and a score card of varying health items which I loved. Highly satisfied with the service, information, patience, and overall experience.

I have a 12 year old Maltipoo named Treble. Because I can't handle paying 4X more on my dogs hair…read morethan my own, I usually cut hers. I'm not complaining, groomers deserve every penny. I am sure if I walked into a Great Clips, dropped a load on their floor, threatened to bite if I wasn't treated like the prince of Brunei, I would be charged more than $15. When cutting Treble's hair, she stoically sits until she decides she's done then instantaneously becomes a Tasmanian Devil. When I give up and look at the resulting cut, I think to myself " Who cares, she's not a show dog" to make her feel better I tell her "That's how they're wearing it in France". During my last effort at a cut, I snagged a small tangle and a full on prima doggie-donna melt down ensued. At this stage of the cut she looked like she might be undergoing medical treatment. Instead of saying she's Chemo-chic! I took her to Animal Arts in Noblesville. I explained how sweet she is to start but they may want to use a weed eater to finish. When I picked her up she was happy as ever (even after surviving the horrific tortures of nail trimming) and the cutest I have ever seen her! I didn't have to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it and they were exceptionally nice to work with. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They did a great job!
