This was years ago and she stopped going and I regret ever letting her stop because now as a teenager, she had to start all over. She loves coming here, and I really feel like it has taken her out of her shell and helping her with her self-esteem. She really likes Emily and Skylie they both worked with her tumbling. Only thing is that tumble one is really early Wish they had a later time.

I asked him to spot me and he outright refused, saying I 'could already do it,' even though I wanted a safe spot to practice. yes I know I can do it there is nothing wrong w asking for extra help. would stay away from that guy unless you want to be ignored, disrespected, and treated like your safety means nothing~

My daughter does not take classes here, but we recently had her 6th birthday party here…read more After attending a couple of parties for our daughter's classmates about two months before her birthday, we concluded that this age group is still extremely energetic, and that any birthday party concept needed to be very active. The problem is that a winter birthday brings a chance of rain, so it's a real gamble to have the party outdoors at a park. The gym where she is taking gymnastics isn't offering parties at the moment, but we knew of this business, decided to check it out, and the price was right. We weren't sure entirely what we were getting ourselves into, so we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. And the best was what was delivered! We arrived a half an hour before the party as instructed, and the staff helped us set up. There was tons of space for the kids to run around, and that is exactly what they did as they started to arrive. One little girl ran down the tumble track and did a front flip off the end! Eventually the coaches led the kids in some games that involved plenty of running around, as well as a super-fun obstacle course. Parents and non-participating siblings had plenty of space to spread out, chat with one another, watch the antics, and take photos. The staff members put on gloves to help serve pizza to the kids, and then the cupcakes. Finally, the kids went back out to enjoy the obstacle course, tumble track, etc... The kids had so much fun, it was tough to get them to leave! And since it turned out to be a VERY rainy day, the parents could not have been happier that their kids got to use up some of that boundless energy! Although we didn't ask... I think that all the kids slept well that night. If you are considering having your kid's birthday party here, I'd encourage you to go for it! Our experience couldn't have been better!

We recently decided to leave New Hope Gymnastics after almost 2 years there. Looking back, we…read moreunfortunately feel like we made the wrong choice from the beginning because Adriana's progress was extremely slow despite all the time, effort, and commitment she put in. Adriana truly loved gymnastics and always stayed motivated and positive. But over time it became harder watching her confidence slowly fade while seeing very little opportunity for advancement, performances, or team placement. Not making even Gym Team was especially disappointing for us after working so hard for so long. What was also discouraging was hearing from both administration and coaches that some kids simply never make it onto teams there, and that it may be better for certain children to try a different sport altogether. As a parent, that was difficult to hear after investing years into the program while trying to keep a young child motivated and believing in herself. Because of that, we decided to enroll her in a different gymnastics club and give her a fresh start in a new environment. At this age, motivation and confidence matter just as much as skills. We appreciate the coaches and the experience she had there, but ultimately we realized we need an environment where kids feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow.
