Looking back, we…read moreunfortunately feel like we made the wrong choice from the beginning because Adriana's progress was extremely slow despite all the time, effort, and commitment she put in. Adriana truly loved gymnastics and always stayed motivated and positive. But over time it became harder watching her confidence slowly fade while seeing very little opportunity for advancement, performances, or team placement. Not making even Gym Team was especially disappointing for us after working so hard for so long. What was also discouraging was hearing from both administration and coaches that some kids simply never make it onto teams there, and that it may be better for certain children to try a different sport altogether. As a parent, that was difficult to hear after investing years into the program while trying to keep a young child motivated and believing in herself. Because of that, we decided to enroll her in a different gymnastics club and give her a fresh start in a new environment. At this age, motivation and confidence matter just as much as skills. We appreciate the coaches and the experience she had there, but ultimately we realized we need an environment where kids feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow.

The incredible teachers there are truly happy and proud to be a part of something that is very special. I feel that my girls are safe and receiving the best instruction to grow their craft while simultaneously building lifelong friendships. I'm disappointed that no one from wave contacted me like I was told would happen concerning the private lessons. I even offered to email as a reminder but the woman who runs private lessons said it was wasn't necessary and said she would call me after the 4th of July weekend. It's August 21st and I've yet to receive a phone call. It's apparent these people don't care about the children and are unprofessional. If I did something like this at my job, I would be fired.

The girls just turned 3 and will be graduating to the mighty mites class. Coach Cindy has been nothing but great with us! Its a Tuesday AM class that I always looked forward to going to. It's not what I was expecting. We are going to check out him to Firestorm gym instead as they actually answer their phones. I find it very poor customer service that it takes 24-72 hours to hear a reply, or never. They rarely answer their phones, and I can't see the schedule/time of classes online. I'd like to suggest improving their website and customer service.
