We used to go to snuffer's all the time many years ago and we decided to try them out again. It was difficult getting into the parking lot due to construction but once in they were very pleasant and great service. I thought I took pictures but I can't find them sorry.... We had hand cut potato fries and onion rings, which were very good, but the onion rings I have had better. I tried the house margarita and it was good, kind of small, but good. The same with the sangria swirl margarita. My wife and I ordered and split between us the bacon cheeseburger, medium rare and it was a little more medium but still a very good cheeseburger. Addison Location - Awful experience. I have been going here since i was a kid and this took the cake, i won't be coming back. When we entered (it's seat yourself) we were looking around for the table when a waiter rudely passed by and said "it's seat yourself, like it says on the sign in front of you". The place is not as big as you'd expect a place to be in addison, but it get's the job done. There are many booths where you can sit so seating really isn't a problem. My buddy ordered the bacon and swiss burger and the boo and i shared a bleu cheese bacon burger and an order of the large cheddar cheese fries topped with bacon and jalapenos. The burgers aren't better than twisted roots, but doesn't mean that they aren't good. Our burger was topped with crispy bacon bits and crumply creamy bleu cheese. My buddy's burger looked awesome as well. What stole the show was the cheddar fries. Honestly every frie had cheese coated around it. They really do make sure to get cheese and bacon in every layer instead of just the top. It's huge as well which is good for value. As everyone says, the cheese fries loaded with cheese, bacon bits and jalapeños are great!!! The large is a huge plate, definitely enough for 2-3 people. Hubby and I both got the bacon guacamole cheeseburger which was really yummy! We also had a swirl margarita which I would definitely recommend and a swirl sangria. Both very delicious. Oh Snuffer's, how I have missed you! It was pretty darn awesome to take my twins to my old favorite burger & fry joint! The twins and I headed here after me sharing tales of the amazing burgers and cheddar fries I had consumed on many, many occasions... many, many, many moons ago. Still amazing burgers and oh so yummy cheddar fries! The twins tried the Cheddar Fries Burger; a scrumptious, juicy Snuffer's burger topped with cheese fries - the best of both worlds, I might add! The establishment is clean, homey and all around like an American sports bar, WITH NO SMOKING. A bug plus for me. The servers are kind, and always making sure you have everything you need. First time to this location after they moved from across the street into what used to be part of Dukes Roadhouse. Fresh look and feel inside. Party of 5 good seats in the bar area. Seems like I remembered the burgers being a little better- more flavorful but there were no complaints. Nice variety on the taps for drinking. The noise level for a Friday night at 9 was good. We were catching up so lots of convo and we didn't have to shout. Nothing great or outstanding just burgers. Just FYI- and not Snuffers fault per se but parking there STILL SUCKS!!! This review is SO hard to write! The food is absolutely amazing. I went to a slider festival and they won by a landslide with their avocado burger. Their loaded fries are out of this world. The service is another story. I hate the service so much that I can't eat there and have a good time. I have eaten their 3 times, so I have given them chances to get their act together. We have gone on slow days, sat at the bar, and lastly went on a busy day. Each time, a quick lunch takes 45 minutes to over an hour. We order the first time the server comes by and it still takes a while. Some of the things that I am talking about: Server looks annoyed when we sit down, doesn't write down our order and then gets it wrong, we have to flag down a waiter to even get our order taken. This happened AT THE BAR too! That's crazy to me. There's literally a person standing within 10 feet of us and not taking our order or refilling our water.
