The people that work here are rude as fuck... it's soo nice in there but wtf! The customer service doesn't match the quality of the salon.

First off remember that I am a man who appreciates great service. Lisa the tech is FANTASTIC and always goes well beyond to make me relaxed and buffed and trimmed up. The deluxe pedicure comes with a free manicure and is well worth it. I do, however, skip the polish and clear coats....lol. Lisa deserves a reaise and I always give her a good tip. read more

Terrible customer service. Quoted one price at the counter for a full set of nails and was charged $10 more when I went to check out. Not a good practice. The person that quoted the wrong price should have paid the difference not the customer. They lost 2 customers over that one screwup. Make sure you get an accurate quote upfront before any service. Or better yet, why don't they post their service prices for everyone to see so that the price can't be changed later whenever they feel like it. read more

this was my THIRD dreadful experience at sns exclusive salon.... the first time i went my nails were great but a WEEK!!!!! after my nails started to chip and one even partially broke off , i called and spoke to a employee she told me to come in so they can come take a look at it and it was not a problem for me at all, i go in the next day they completely FORGOT that i called in and the salon was packed which is understandable... so i didn't mind waiting for a few minutes , They ended up charging me 32 for a new fill in when i just wanted 2 NAILS fixed!!!! the second time , My nails were horribly painted one of the nails doesn't even match the same color as the others, that nails is more coffin shaped than the others i am really disappointed because for a over highly priced salon they should be taking their time for what the customer is paying for....... WORST pedicure ever!!! I've had many over the years and I can say this was the most pathetic pedicure I've experienced! He didn't properly prep, the massage was all of about 60 seconds and just rubbing lotion, no massage... and I had to go back and clean up my toenail polish myself as it was all over my cuticles! I was paying for three pedicures, mine was started last about five minutes after the other two and mine finished about five minutes prior to their's. If you go here and it's a guy that's giving you a pedicure, turn around and leave as fast as you can! When I said at the counter that this was the worst pedicure I've ever had, there was no comment, no care... didn't say a word just took my money. I tipped for the other two, but this guy got no tip for me, I shouldn't have had to pay for such service!! I will never go back again. read more

Never again! Very expensive for a musical chairs experience, rude staff with an unapologetic attitude and they talk about their clients. For a second time in a row Kelly started my nails then pawns me off to someone else because she was too busy to finish my nails. The first time she asked her sister to do my pedicure because she was at available at the moment. However, when her regular client showed up she dropped my feet and asked someone else to finish my feet. Upon my last appointment which was scheduled at 2:30 was totally rushed by kelly because a few other non scheduled clients showed up. She always over books herself the rushes your nails. She then ask someone else to do my feet then I had to sit in another chair to finished my hands because she forgot to put the top coat on my hands. Also, her sister was very rude when she took my payment. All she said was $87.00, swiped my card, gave me the receipt and walked off. it was the most un-relaxing experience ever!!! They have absolutely no respect for your time. I immediately called after I left the salon to complain.....Spoke to Kelly and she did not apologize nor did she care!! However, she did not hesitate to tell me " I don't have to come back if I was not happy" There are way too many salons to be tolerating this level of disappointment and unsettling experience! read more

Rarely do I write a bad review but this place was absolutely awful! Run far! I went in to get my gel removed and intended to get another color but quickly changed my mind. The place was completely empty at 5pm and they wouldn't give me a straight price and wanted to charge me $22 just to have it removed. They used the standard tin foil and something that didn't quite smell like acetone which dried my hands out. I sat for half an hour with my hands in a bowl of it and it only removed the polish on one of my fingers and made my nails look broken and gross. Then they got out the power tool for acrylics and I realized they didn't know how to remove the gel at all! I left without paying and went to Asian Retreat instead. read more

I used to go this place for years for eyebrow waxing and mani pedis when I lived in the area. It has definitely changed. The people are still friendly but the quality has really dropped. I'm visiting and went in on Friday last week to get a gel mani and eyebrow/upper lip wax. In less than a week, the gel has started to chip off. The worst part, though, was the aftermath of my eyebrow/upper lip wax. My face was covered in a bad rash for 3 days after which my skin began to peel. This has never happened to me before. Wow where do I start ! I've been coming to this nail salon for 3 years I've referred several family members and friends here and to their 2nd salon they now own S&S nails (next door to TooJay's) They are 3 nail techs that does a great job and 99% of the time I love my nails ! In the 3 years I've had to go back 3 times and each time they had the WORST customer service but I sucked it up because it was close by ! I've tolerated their price gouging, seemed like every time I went they were adding an extra $5 or $10 When I would ask about the extra charge they would have an attitude but I loved my nails so I would pay it tip them and return a few weeks later for my same services.Sunday I went in for my fill my reg tech was on vacation so someone else did my nails she spoke NO English except when they wanted me to pay first because the registers were about to close ! So this lady not only put the wrong color and ignored me when I told her that's not the color I picked she ruined the shape of my nails but I tipped her anyway !Monday I called the salon to speak to a manger to have them fix my nails no manger was there so I called SNS nails I was told to call Tuesday speak to Lisa or Kelly , Lisa told me to go at 4:30 she will fix my nails I leave work early to get there on time to sit 25 min for her to say she's not going to redo my nails ( she offered to file them )so I asked her kindly if she's not going to fix them then she need to refund me and I will come back when my tech returns from vacation in 1 month this woman the manger Lisa says she will have to take my nails OFF if I want my money back ! I told her I just want my nails fixed and the color I picked She said they don't do refunds and if I don't like how they do nails go somewhere else ! Really ??? I called Kelly At their 2nd salon she's a manger figured she would want to correct what they did wrong but she was just as rude and unwilling to fix my nails and when I asked for a refund she hung up the phone on me! This salon feels like they have a lot of clients and they don't need the business however any business that runs like this will eventually fail ! In any business Customer service is EVERYTHING and LISA or KELLY has NONE ! read more

I really hope that year the manager are the owner of this salon because I want to express my experience with you guys today I'm so upset of the unprofessional ism that year's stack or the people that work here has shown to me I had originally had an appointment with Kelly for last Saturday that I had rescheduled for this coming Saturday the girl told me I think she said it was going to be at 12 o'clock instead of 1230 of the original time that I have for last week so I'm calling to confirm because I'm getting ready to come your way to be told that I didn't have an appointment and I'm like yeah I did I reschedule it I have the phone records that show me calling your salon and when I asked to speak to a manager and put on hold and no one ever comes back to the fall to then when I call back I am being hung up on and when I finally get someone on the phone Tiffany I believe I'm touch she tells me we're not going to service you go to another salon and get your nails done and I'm like wow read more

I used to love this spa, until today. I admit that I haven't been here in over a year and what a disappointment. First off, it's just plain dirty. For all of you posting your positive reviews, please take a look around the next time you are there. The vents are caked with dirt, the ceiling is stained, the manicure bar is covered with nail dust and the equipment, such as the nail dryer, is covered with stains and dirt. The towels they were using were stained and dingy, the pedicure massage chairs all seemed to be broken in some way, that "beautiful" fountain was partially dismantled and laying on the floor, the cabinet doors were falling off their hinges, the floors were dirty, and they no longer use the disposable liners for the pedicure basins which was one of the main reasons I went there. All of the furniture is worn-out. The vinyl on everything is worn off or cracking and some chairs are even covered with tape. As I sat there getting my nails done, I couldn't believe what I was looking at. Three members of the staff were lounging around in the waiting area. The receptionist literally had her legs thrown up over the arms of one of the chairs, texting away on her cell phone and treating everyone to a view of her stomach and the pink underwear she was wearing under her white pants. On top of that, the French manicure with acrylic overlay I received was mediocre at best. I also received a few cuticle cuts and I'm not sure how since the tech didn't even push my cuticles back and my cuticles ended up with a layer of polish on them as well. There are little bubbles under the acrylic and it's way too thick to even feel normal. Had it not been so dark in there, I might not have agreed to pay for it. I did receive a much better pedicure and I'm just hoping I didn't catch anything from the lack of cleanliness. I'm sorry, but this place I loved is now just downright disgusting. What makes me sad is that the staff seem like genuinely nice people, but the owner needs to put something back into this place or close it down. read more
