We were dining at the restaurant next door. Kids "subtly" made us realize there is an ice cream store right next to us. Ordered the choco loco along with a scoop of plain vanilla ice cream. There was a slight mix up and they started making 2 rolled ice creams. The owner was very courteous and offered a partial refund. I declined because I was still getting a product that I paid for, but I appreciate the gesture. The ice cream was really good. The kids didnt have any trouble finishing their big serving. I still had to make sure I get my dad tax

Came here after eating dinner in the area. It was a cold night but still wanted to try this place. We tired the cookies moster and two different shaved ice flavors. Everything tasted great but the shaved ice was a big portion so next time we might just need one. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some seating outside but only one area with two seats on the inside. Would definitely try again if we were in the area.

Amazing selection of deserts. I had a delicious Sugar Cane drink. Reminded me of when I was a child chewing on sugar cane that my dad sliced up. Today I had the pleasure in a cup.

My dad, my boyfriend, and I came here for a little sweet treat and I'm so glad we did because it was so good. I got the pandan coffee and it has just the right amount of everything. My boyfriend got the pina colada smoothie and said it's the best one he's ever had without alcohol. My dad got the dragon fruit lemonade and says it's pretty good. We also got the pandan mochi waffle and it's crunchy, chewy, and so yummy! The employees are also super nice and the vibe of the whole place is super up beat and cute!

We've lived in Morgan Hill for sometime now and always saw snowee rolls, but never went in until recently and honestly best decision ever we used to drive to Gilroy for icicles and hands-down Snowee rolls has gained a new forever Customer absolutely love the variety that they offer on their menu from Boba to snowee roll ice cream to yummy mochi pandan & ube waffles, coffee and so much more! Oh and can't forget the sugar cane drink! So happy I found a spot that is local that offers sugar cane! Staff is very friendly and Work very quickly, very tidy and clean ambience in the heart of downtown Morgan Hill. If you are in the area or driving through, definitely give snowee rolls a try! highly recommend you can walk in or place an order online and pick up love love love snowee rolls.

Dessert variety in Morgan Hill? Wee!! Snowee Rolls is a spot just off the main drag of downtown Morgan Hill that has an interesting selection of drinks and sweets. The obvious draw is their rolled ice cream, which is inspired by a Thai street food, but they also have mochi waffles, coffees, bubble teas, and smoothies. I had to get ice cream ($11.00), and after browsing through their almost 30 flavors, I settled on a Mango Tango (mango, pineapple). This may not have been the best choice as the fruits were a bit tough to discern in flavor. Sure, the ice cream base is thick and creamy, but texture is only one component. The mango topping helped a little bit although it was pretty modestly portioned, and the mochi topping which was my 2nd of two included choices was nice for a soft chewiness, but I found it a bit lacking. On the other hand, the Pandan Mochi Waffle ($5.00) is kinda must-try level. It's obviously made fresh and comes out piping hot. The edges are crispy, the interior is wonderfully chewy, and the pandan flavor sings. I'd be interested in trying the other flavors too. The Passion Fruit Jasmine Tea ($6.00) is fine. The size is about 24 oz. The jasmine is subtle, but you can definitely taste the astringent tea if you know what you're looking for. The passion fruit is likely a syrup as I've had the same flavor from other places. The less sugar was probably a very important adjustment as it still tastes sweet overall, but it could've been cloying. I didn't ask for an ice adjustment, but they don't overload it. Parking may be available on nearby streets, but I found some space in a free parking lot across 3rd St. Make sure that you plan to sit outside or take your order to-go as the indoor seating is very limited. I like Snowee Rolls overall. Their ice cream should be better if I choose more intensely flavored ingredients, their waffles are great, and there's potential in the drinks too. Check them out if you're done with a meal in downtown Morgan Hill and still want a little something extra.

Just got a drink here today. Got the honeydew slushie with lychee jelly. Not too sweet or icy. Good consistency. It was especially refreshing today because of the heat. Also got a black sugar boba mochi waffle, but ate it before taking a picture. But it's the best mochi waffle around. Perfect chew with a crispy exterior. Service was good and friendly. Whenever I crave ice cream with my family, we always go here! There's so many different flavors and toppings to add on (two free toppings). I remember when they first opened and they only had the rolled ice cream and now their menu has gotten bigger which I love for them! There's so much more I need to try now. Service is also fairly quick and even though it's a small place, it does have its peak hours. There are a few chairs outside and inside but it's more of a place to stop by and eat your ice cream walking around downtown. Their ice cream is a pretty big serving so you can always split the cup into two smaller cups for a small fee or share one. There is a big parking garage nearby so parking is never an issue.

For context, I'm relatively picky about my icecream rolls in terms of creaminess, texture, and taste. I don't like icecream that is too sweet. I got the All Over Cado Icecream (Avocado + Condensed Milk). I really enjoyed this icecream. The avocado was subtle but blended well with the cream base. The icecream wasn't icy; it had a great creamy texture that was really enjoyable. This icecream wasn't too sweet which I was very impressed with. My boyfriend and I finished the entire cup between the 2 of us. I also got the Lychee Lemonade. That was great too. The lychee flavor was subtle and the lemonade was tart but not overly sour. I enjoyed this place!

Definitely interesting and different. The young women working in the shop were all very nice and helpful. This place has a creamy liquid that they put on a frozen metal plate. They then hack at the liquid until it becomes frozen. They then spread it on the plate and scrape it into rolls of ice cream. The ice cream is somewhat higher priced compared to most ice creams but due the the fact that we were in their grand opening period they had a buy two get one free special and you can as of now add any toppings not sure if this will change. We got Matcha, Thai tea and a wake me up. The matcha was somewhat bland but normal for matcha the other two were really good. Overall if you consider the ice cream and the toppings it would be similar to other ice cream places. read more

This place rocks its a hidden treasure. Worth the drive and price. Quality is one of the top notch. To add cherry on the cake - they offer unlimited add-ons. Specially, lychee jelly is outstanding. You couldn't ask for a better experience. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. The rolls of ice cream are absolutely delightful but the waffles and boba should not be forgotten. I'm in town often for swim meets and always trying new things. Brought my kids by tonight for ice cream and got to talking to the owner about pandan waffles. He took it upon himself to make us 2 - free of charge - just to be kind. I could have cried, honestly. Sooooo yummy!!!! These folks are super friendly and fun. You enjoy watching them create your ice cream after choosing all of the many flavors they have to offer, or even the options they have created! It is really cool to see them make the ice cream, mix everything, chop and spread and then roll it right into this bowl and the flavors or sooooo freaking good. They get a 5 star for the sign out front saying to roll on in, a 5 star for the customer service, a five star for providing such a fun and unique experience and another 5 star for the awesome snowy rolls! I used to be skeptical about rolled ice-cream... but not anymore until I tried Snowee's! I have been back for a few times now and always order Monkey Brain. They are more pricey than a usual cup of ice-cream, but you really get more bang for your buck. The whole cup is PACKED with creamy and smooth rolls of ice-cream, plus you can get as much toppings as you want ( My favorites are mochi, roasted marshmallow, and rainbow sprinkles)!! Also, don't forget to try pairing your ice-cream with their warm mochi waffles! They are crunchy on the outside but squishy on the inside. 5 stars!! read more

Fun techno-ice cream experience The staff are friendly and the process is unique. You choose a dairy or non-dairy base and a flavor (dozens to choose from and you can mix and match) , then they combine them and pour them out on a big metal slab, where they spread the mix repeatedly with a spatula until the ice cream freezes up and seems to increase in quantity, Then they slice and roll it up in multiple rolls and stuff the rolls vertically into a cup! You can also get unlimited toppings from a long list of options at no extra charge. At $9+ for a cup (one size only), it's pricey, but it's very fresh, the toppings are free , and the quantity is generous. Enough for two people to share. It's a slightly different ice cream experience because you are literally eating rolls of ice cream instead of scooped ice cream. It's colder than regular ice cream. If you can't finish your cup (we couldn't) they will put the cup into a bag of ice so you can take it home still frozen. They also sell waffles in four flavors. I got a matcha one that was quite tasty though I was surprised by the mochi-like chewy texture. read more

Super friendly staff, chat with the owners when you have the opportunity to! We had the honor of trying the mango tango when it was not yet on the menu. My friends and I told them, "what are you waiting for?! Get it up there!" Great serving size; I usually share with the bf. Unlimited toppings! Smoothest ice cream. This review is based on wait time and service. So i haven't actually tasted it yet since they're just starting to make it after being here for almost 40min. There are 3 employees and one guy (tall asks. With glasses and buzzed cut) is prepping the orders, but when he's not prepping he needs to make himself busy and MAKE the damn ice cream! At least 15 orders and one employee is making the ice cream while the guy just preps and cleans and stands around trying to look busy! Granted 2 more employees came in after waiting about 30min, but this guy needs to make himself useful and MAKE the damn ice cream to help alleviate the line! The ladies making the ice cream are great and staying super busy. read more

We were so excited to see a new ice cream shop pop up in downtown. It's right next to Huntington Station so it's the perfect place to stop in for dessert. They have a large variety of flavors and combinations as well as all the toppings you want for no extra charge. So you can go nuts. Literally, have them sprinkle all the nuts on your ice cream. The novelty of this is similar to Cold Stone Creamery, putting your ice cream and mixings onto a chilled slab, only this time they start with the liquid mixture and you watch your ice cream being made right in front of your eyes. Once items are diced up and the mixture is spread across the slab, they use a scraper to curl up 8 rolls of freshly made ice cream into a large cup, where you can then request whatever toppings you like, from nuts and sprinkles, to assorted gummies and jelly, even a toasted marshmallow! We tried the Cookie Monster in mint and our daughter picked Very Berry which actually has fresh berries chopped into it. The finished product is so creamy and rich we actually should have shared instead of getting our own but the upside to that was taking it home and keeping it in the freezer for dessert a second night! So it is definitely worth the price. I plan on going back to try other flavor options next time. read more

Wow over $8 for what constitutes a single scoop!! My Nutella delight, there was 1 strawberry, 1/2 a Graham cracker and a tsp of Nutella!!!' The ice cream had such a weird aftertaste that neither of us could eat it! My husbands was vanilla ice cream and they tossed a few chocolate chips on top!! We've been craving for fresh rolled ice cream despite the rain and cold weather. After we finished setting up for a wedding nearby we decided to visit this gem in Morgan Hill. I call this a gem because of the cool environment, nice owners, and quality desserts! Not only do they have fresh made ice cream, but they also have yummy drinks( milk tea, shakes) but they also have delicious green waffles. Can't beat that. Not to mention their pricing is very reasonable! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, my hubbie monkey brain( banana and walnut) and my daughter got the nutella special. We shared and tasted each others ice creams. Every bite was worth the calories for me because it was made to perfection. We as a family highly recommemd this ice cream shop to everyone who loves quality ice cream, with many toppings to choose from. We will be back soon even though we live in SJ, it's worth the drive. Great ice cream. I really like the pistachio, rocky road, and the one with cereal! The staff is impeccable at making the ice cream and making the customer feel welcomed. I got the Blue Galaxy drink, and I probably wouldn't order it again. It tasted more like grape, and I was expecting something closer to blue raspberry based on the name. My husband's strawberry slush was better, and I enjoyed his more than mine. Next time, I'd try a different drink since the menu has a lot of options. That's how I ended up at Snowee, a cozy little dessert shop specializing in rolled ice cream and drinks. From the outside, it looks small, but once you step in, the space is bright, warm, and inviting. Seating is minimal, but since I was taking mine to go, that wasn't an issue. The staff was super friendly, and I loved the way they packaged my ice cream! Now, let's talk about the star of the show, the ice cream. I ordered the cereal-flavored base and went with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Apple Jacks mixed in, plus almonds and bananas for extra texture. It was delicious! What really impressed me was how they wrapped my to-go order with a bit of ice to keep it cool. I don't know if they always do that, but it was such a nice touch. This my FAVORITE places in town! Didn't know making ice cream was so cool. The way she put together what I asked for was fun to watch. But what was even better than that was how tasty it was. When you see someone put that little extra in their work you know what you are about to receive is something special. AND... To top ALL that off is the person who brought this to Morgan Hill.
