More and more places expect tips without caring about the customer or doing a good job. At a drive-thru, they ask for tips even though customers are already paying full price. On top of that, customers end up doing part of the work themselves just to eat the bagel, and the bagel was cold too. A few days ago, I asked for no ice, and they only filled the drink to the lower line. This time, this is what a "full price" drink looks like. Most places recommend adding ice because it saves the business money while giving customers less product from store bought without lookin at their ingredients. Thank goodness, You only have to give away one cup Businesses show their true colors when they care more about money than customer service. It's sad seeing how divided and heartless people have become. I won't be coming here again. Do better. TN Bagels are way better. read more

Snowbird Mountain Coffee has good coffee, friendly service and a relaxed ambiance with plenty of space and seating. This was our first visit to Snowbird. They have their normal menu along with seasonal options. The have lots of seating inside and some tables outside with umbrellas over them. We enjoyed the coffee, and we will be back. read more

We ordered two so so goudas, one with ham and one with turkey. On the menu it says it comes with either bacon or ham and my mom got asked which one she wanted on her sandwich and she said ham. Then I ordered mine and wanted turkey so it was an up charge which we were fine with. The girl who took our order turned to ask how long it would be to make it since we came at 11:15 and it was a little busy. The older lady who was making food looked mean and miserable and snapped at the girl and said she didn't know how long it would take but probably 10 minutes. We were okay waiting the ten minutes so we got our chips and sat down. We waited 25 minutes for our food just for it to be made wrong. Nobody told us it would take longer than expected and the older lady I thought would be making our food just left and another came and took over food. Once we went to ask how long it would be on the food since we had already been waiting at least 20 minutes we got our food almost immediately afterwards. It came out and we thanked them and left and when I got to the car we went to eat and realized they were made wrong. We went back inside because the menu says it is supposed to be a ciabatta bun drizzled with olive oil with salt and pepper. Then toasted with the Gouda, apples, jalapeño slices, and the meat of your choice. Drizzled with honey and the girl said they now come with fig jam. Firstly we got regular bread, then I only found a few tiny apple slices on my sandwich, I got the turkey on my sandwich but my mom's was missing her meat. The bread tasted stale as well as the chips on it and the cheese was not melted all the way so the inside was cold. Additionally they forgot about the fig jam on BOTH sandwiches and we had to ask for a container of it to put on ourselves because we did not have time for them to remake our sandwiches as we expected it to be a maybe 15 minute stop and we had other plans. It turned into a 30 minute stop so we definitely did not have time for them to remake it. We asked that she give us the meat that was supposed to be there and the jam and we would do it ourselves. Overall pretty dissatisfied with this experience and all they did to fix it was give us a 15% coupon that we won't probably be using because we won't be going back. This is the dandridge location and we were very excited to go but extremely disappointed in the end. read more

We decided to give this coffee shop a try. We often frequented their predecessor- Lovin Cup, but decided to hold off trying the new place until they had been open for awhile. We immediately felt welcomed when we walked in the door. They told us to take as long as we wanted to decide. We looked until I saw one that jumped out at me - Blackberry White Mocha under the Latte menu. We opted to have it hot but they can do it either way. They said it's their most popular one. They also said they make their own blackberry sauce. It was delicious and I regretted that we shared. I wanted it all to myself! The decor is super cute and I commented on it. They said the doors are French doors that they turned into the tables and mirror displays. They're very well done. There's a homey area in the back of the restaurant that looks like a living room. They are very supportive of our military too. Yay! My husband and I will definitely return!! read more

I usually go through the one that has the drive to through this time I went to the walk-in one I've been here once or twice but I just walked out with my drink I always order a peanut butter and mocha frappe with two shots of expresso and extra peanut butter there's definitely not extra peanut butter and I didn't see or I don't taste any expresso in my drink at all I'm giving them a one star and the drive-thru always tops of my drink with the mocha syrup on top of the whipped cream this store I pay $10 for my drink and it's nowhere near what I pay for if you pay a dollar for an extra item every extra item then it should be added to your drink they do not do a proper job not very professional at all people pay a lot of money for their coffee and they deserve to get what they pay for at that specific store I did not get what I paid for at all I am very disappointed and I will not go back read more

The amount of times we have given to this business and the past few times we come through they have an attitude and even have the audacity to ask for a tip. I love that this small local business opened up a second location in Morristown where you can either go through a drive thru or come inside and sit down. They have the same drink and food menu as their OG location in Newport and their staff is just as friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to drink suggestions. The inside is beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating. The bathroom is also super cute and has always been clean. Some of my favorite items to get here are the raspberry lemonade lotus, Americano, the Cubano latte and the Creme Brûlée latte. They have milk alternatives to fit any dietary needs. They also have baked goods from other local bakeries in the area that are delivered fresh daily. I love how they support other local businesses! read more
