Love crumbl. Always fresh and customer service is awesome. Friendly smiles and greeted with a smile.

A friend and I stopped in the evening of Sept. 18th, after having dinner at the Japanese restaurant nextdoor. She had been talking up the cookies to me, saying that they were something I just HAD to try. We walked into the shop at right around 6:00 p.m. and were the only people there at the time. We heard the doorbell ring when we walked in, so we are pretty sure that the employees did also. After standing there for 5 minutes, staring at blobs of cookie dough sitting and drying out on the prep counter, and after a couple more customers walked in behind us, also ringing the bell on the door, we started wondering if anybody was even there. The lady who walked in behind us actually called out to see if anybody was working! We all also took turns opening and closing the door to cause the doorbell to ring numerous times. Just when we ALL were getting ready to give up and walk out, a young worker came out from behind the short wall that separated the front customer area to presumably a back office nook area? I moved way over to see where the heck she came from and can only assume she had been sitting there the whole time, listening to the doorbell and listening to us yell for an employee, and also listening to us talk about walking out. She came up front to take our orders and never once cracked a smile on that smug little face of hers! She was incredibly rude to us.. incredibly! When asking us for the amount charged, she kept mumbling and we had to have her repeat everything she said, each time she opened her mouth. Either she was incredibly high, or she was doing that mumbling on purpose just to be rude. After taking my money, $10 for two cookies!, another employee came up from the back bringing our cookies to us. She was only marginally nicer, but then the first young girl did turn around and walk away instead of taking care of the customers behind me. I can't tell you how close my friend and I came to just walking out even after placing our order! I've honestly never been treated this rudely in all my days. Especially when laying out this ridiculously high price for what they considered Gourmet cookies, which turned out to be slightly undercooked regular old sugar cookies with a lot of very salty icing. I have no problem telling you I will never ever come back (to this location especially), and also will be telling everybody about my experience. In reading all the past comments on google, it seems to me there is a high number of dissatisfied customers who have complained about the rudeness of the employees at this location. In each instance their reviews were answered with the promise that they would 'do better' or 'look into it'. I would have to say neither of this has ever happened yet. My visit was on Friday, September 18th at 6:00 p.m. so this should be enough information for you to know who was scheduled to work that day, and who needed to be called out for their rudeness to their customers. Do better, crumbl. read more

I have come here a few times. The last time I came in there was a person from Nashville from their corporate office. I had asked them about the "everything bagel" cookie and when it would be back. That I had been told it was good. He laughed and said it was "interesting". He showed me on the app that I can vote for flavors to be brought in and wow was I shocked. The everything bagel one got about 25k downvotes. I said wow that must be realllly bad. But the employees at this location are always friendly. read more

They are quick to serve, it is a ver clean store. The staff is always very busy. It appears each staff has their own job...

Awesome service!!!! Some of the freshest cookies and cakes ever!!! It's even better having a store so close

Amazing cookies! And the service is always in such a bright, energetic, kind mood! The ambiance is absolutely amazing.

Great cookies. Friendly service. Clean store/kitchen. The weekly rotating menu is great, and now they have a few standards that they keep all of the time. It's a nice balance. read more

Good service and pretty quick, ordered pick up. Food was on point as always and they presentation

So we ordered an hour ago and the workers wouldn't let us check in until 15 mins after being here. Then the more customers came in they were treating them and not doing my order and were slow with the service. The service was ridiculous! But one of the workers gave my little niece a cookie cause we were eating so long. 6/30/2025 read more

Well it's new, employees look stressed which it's understandable. The box was sticky, the flap was directly closed on the pumpkin cake. Chocolate chip cookie has zero visible chocolate chips. The cookies themselves are delicious. Will be back read more

The crew was awesome! My first visit and they made it a delight. Everything was clean, and looked great. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars as you can see from picture, there was only 2 chocolate chips in my old fashioned chocolate read more

Crumbl - Morristown - No chocolate chips, but still yummy - Bakeries Near Me - Morristown, Tennessee

Went and got a 3 pack of mini cookies today. I couldn't even bite one of them it was so hard. I had to use a STEAK kn!fe to cut it and it still took a second. HARDEST COOKIE I'VE EVER SEEN. No, I did not go back, I was on a time crunch and couldn't go get it fixed. Even if I did I doubt it would have been fixed. All the employees were silent when we walked in. Nobody said hi or welcome, just looked at us and looked the other way. One person spoke the whole time when she brought us our cookies but didn't even say have a good day. Terrible place I won't be going back. read more

The cookie is amazing but the 3 ladies working need some people skills! I came in no one said a word, I ordered on the kiosk and still not a word. No hello, or welcome not even a thank you. Only the lady that gave me my order said ok when I asked for a bag for the cookies. That was it. read more

Quick and happy service. Great tasting cookies. Love the bright vibes and all the pink.

I highly recommend Crumbl for so many reasons, not just their delicious cookies, but also the variety and fun weekly menu changes. There's something for everyone, and our family enjoys every flavor. The customer service is consistently excellent-friendly, accurate, and welcoming, and the store is always spotless. I also love that they will bring your order out to your car. I use their app all the time and get "Crumbs" that are essentially points you can use for free cookies. Well done, Crumbl! read more

Would give a 5 star but I have not physically been in the store! I normally DoorDash or use the app. I placed an order in the early hours of the morning (3:30-4 AM) for a same day delivery to my work! I received a call several hours before the delivery with a cooler issue! The message stated the reason but that I could pick up my order at a later time that day! I tried calling the location as stated in the voicemail later on about a later delivery time but was not able to ever speak to someone so I canceled the order! It was free reward order. I had paid for a delivery so I wasn't going to pay a delivery fee and pick up the order myself! Otherwise have had wonderful experience! read more

Too much money for raw under cooked cookies... this was my first time buying crumbl and I don't think I'll ever try them again. I bought a 6 pack for $21 and every single cookie was raw in the middle. Service was good, could see the team was working very hard and probably just trying to be as quick as they could be! read more

They're just getting up and running, of course there's gonna be problems. The cookies themselves are amazing. They just need to keep up with the advertised appearances like we'll oiled stores do. They sometimes have been very lazy and won't put the toppings on properly/neatly. read more

Cookies were yummy, but they had a few tech glitches and my order was misplaced so my wait was a little longer than normal
