Tina is the BEST nail technician I've ever had, especially here in Arizona! I've never had my full sets last as long as when she does it. My fill ins always last for weeks! She knows how to get my length and shape PERFECTLY every time! She always has the newest and prettiest colors. I love that it's by appointment only because I really get to enjoy my time there and relax without a super noisy and busy shop. Always great communication and I leave happy every single time. Tina did an amazing job and is very personable; her customer service skills are good too - whilst I was there she tried really hard to accommodate another customer who wanted 3 pedicures but she was expecting 2 customers who had called - any place else I've been they would take them anyway and make the expected people wait! It was nice to see some good service - and with a smile!! I will definitely be back!! Tina is the kindest, most talented nail technician I've ever met. She's really more of an artist and there's no request she can't handle. She is a master of gel polish and will leave you breathless with her work. Be sure to call 2 days ahead to book an appointment because she is in high demand and availability fills up fast. She does accommodate walk-ins when she can but no guarantee. I broke one of my nails last night playing roller derby, and she fixed it NO CHARGE today! Another huge bonus is that they have great ventilation so you're not getting a headache from the strong lacquer smell! This place is by FAR the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I found myself in a bind and needed to get a fill right away, so i stopped by here on my way home from work. My guy was ok. He made my nails uneven and lumpy, but that doesnt compare to the other things i witnessed. In the time I was there, i saw the guy who answers the phone and greets people (i assume the owner) provide the worst service ever. He was filling a girl's nails and was on the phone the entire 15 min it took. He never once asked her what she wanted or apologized for not paying attention to what he was doing. Then while there were 2 other people waiting, he took the phone call outside and chained smoked cigarettes. After that, I saw him fill one other person's nails in a total of 5 minutes. I would stay away if you want to get your moneys worth. read more

Um, longest and most awkward pedicure of my life. First off, the shop is the size of a shoe box. There were only 2 employees working at the time I went in, however, they were able to get me in immediately. An old dude did my pedicure. He nearly burned me with the hot stones and my foot massage was so weird. He was shaking my feet and his face was incredibly close to them! Made me feel a little weirded out. I got the basic pedicure ($20)....but he literally took an hour. I'm not sure if I'll be back...if so, I definitely don't want the same nail tech. read more

I was in search of trying somewhere new as where I was going since I moved here was letting me down. I read what seemed like great reviews so I thought I'd try. Let down. I just wanted a fill and polish change and was told they did not have time and I'd have to come back in a couple hours. One girl was working, and one girl was sitting doing nothing. If you're going to consider yourself walk-in friendly, you need to have more than 2 technicians. Saying they're "based on availability" to make yourselves feel better is not a proper work ethic. Just say you're appointment only, or hire more people. Perhaps there was an appointment coming in, I get this...but then you cannot be considered walk-in friendly. They lost what could have been future business and my money that day as I was looking for a new regular salon. Their loss. Plus, the place looked cheap and not that clean. So in the end, I don't think I'd want to be here anyways. Ps. You can save your "excuse" reply on trying to justify your practices. read more

My mom first introduced me to Snow Nails. She goes every month and coming back, her nails always look fantastic. So I decided to give it a try. My nails have always been short my whole life and its always been hard to paint them. Other nail salons always shake their heads and complain about how difficult it is to paint them, but not Snow Nails. I recommend getting the gel nails since they come out looking so nice and they last forever. I'm glad my mom told me about Snow Nails because its my go to nail salon. The staff is always friendly and professional. The owner's mom gives the best pedicures and the owner is amazing at manicures. The price is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. I love this nail salon! I have gone here the last 4 times for a gel manicure and pedicure. Previously I was going to az nails down the street but was not impressed with the level of service not the price so I decided to give this place a try. I like it because it is a mother, daughter business. The level of service I received here was fantastic and the price is average. This place in no means can accommodate more then a few people at a time and I would suggest making an appointment if it is a weekend this will insure your able to receive the service you are wanting around the time you are wanting. I went in three weeks ago to get a gel manicure and waited to write my review because SO many times I have initially loved a place and then the nails chip or peel after the first week, NOT the case here! I got a full set and pedi. Lets begin with the pedi. the foot massage and exfoliation was so light handed that my feet are more rough now than when I went (incomplete exfoliation). My full set is uneven and lumpy. The shape is terrible (VERY unnatural shape), it's stubby and strangely curved upwards. Hideous. I was also nicked several times with the electric drill moving top speed. hurt like the dickens! I did gave two starts because the people are very courteous. They offered water, and were just pleasant. I requested an ombre and the polish technique was executed very well. I could forgive the sub par pedicure, because it seemed that the manicurist simply had a very gentle nature. It is the gel set that I took MAJOR issue with. I spent $75 bucks plus a $10 tip (on principle), but I'd say save your money... read more

This place is trash I came in today there was two females there and it was super empty. I asked for a mani pedi gel and I also wanted acrylic. The one female I can't remember her name she did my acrylic I assumed she knew how to do her job but I guess I was wrong. She messed up several times when I told her what I thought was wrong she said she'll fix it but never got to it. Some of my nails are visibly crooked. Then came on the gel polish she nipped my polish off a couple times and still went on with the process now the nails are unevenly coated. The phone kept ringing so the female doing my nails took time from me to check the phone and after the nails were done she put lotion only on my arms where she cut me several times with her ring. After she was done she was sitting down picking at her nails and feet. I changed my mind about the gel polish on my feet I just got my nails cleaned up and she charged me 29$. You can find a better place then this trash! read more

Wow what a hidden gem Tina is!! I walked in today in the afternoon for a full set and was sat immediately. I wanted a natural looking white tip and Tina took the time to show me different colored powders so I got just what I wanted. I have to admit that her process is a little more frightening than most (mid application it looked like they would be the worst acrylics ever). But in the end I have never had more natural looking or perfect acrylics IN MY LIFE! They are amazing and I will not be going anywhere else after having many bad nail experiences.
