I asked if they knew any other place that might help me, because I needed my order same day. They said, "No." I just happened to see Snow Cleaners across the street, and took a chance. Not only were they able to do my same-day order that day, I got a text message from Steve, the owner, when they were done. I switched cleaners that day and have been there ever since, only regretting that I did not discover them sooner. Would highly, highly recommend. They've been there 33 years for a reason.

I asked the price and was told that she didn't know off hand and she would text me later that day with the price. Tuesday went by no text, Wednesday went by still no text. I went back Thursday morning and was told she still didn't have the price and they would text me. A couple of hours later I was texted the price and asked if I wanted the job done. The price was well over the rate for patches to be sewn on. By this point I was frustrated and told them I would just come and pick it up. They responded ok. When I arrived I was then informed that my vest was not there and that they would not have it until the next day. I was never informed that this was being outsourced. Even when I told them I was coming to pick it up I was not told that it was not there. This was bad communication and terrible customer service. I am not sure what the cleaners side of things are like but for alterations it is a no go. I should have just drove the extra distance and went somewhere else. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt because it was convenient. Never again, lesson learned.

The staff is always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and a typical turnaround time is a few days. You can, however, pay a rush fee for next day pick up. I did this the first time I ever used them, and it was a lifesaver. Because this is located in a large shopping complex, there's always plenty of parking available near the storefront. I also appreciate that they will send text messages from time to time with specials they're running. For instance, maybe they're doing a special where blazers are a lower price or a certain percentage off for a period of time.

After several years with D as my seamstress, I am very disappointed in the poor service I received…read moretoday. D, the owner or manager, charged me $25 for services not rendered. I had two brand new pairs of pants. One pair was denim which needed 1/2 inch takin in all the way down on both sides. The other was a new pair of Terry knit jogging pant which needed 1 full inch hem. When I got home and tried on these two new outfits, the Terry pant was only hemmed by 1/2 inch and the denim pant was ruined on one side due to the intake stitch going in the wrong direction!! The other side of this brand new denim pant was untouched. When I politely returned to the shop, and asked for refund or repair, D actually became loud and disrespectful very close to my face and would not refund or repair. Her arms quickly flaring near me, she's shouting something that I can't understand because she doesn't speak English. I asked her repeatedly, "how do you sew alterations"? "By measurements"? She said "YES"! "Well!", I said. "When I brought these requests to you, I showed you with an actual measure tape what I needed and you took these items!". She says, "because you did not try these pants on for me to hem, I'm not going to do anything". In my opinion, that is Robbery. I was very nice to D because I needed this work done. By the way, she has hemmed pants for me in the past without me trying them on first. I will not return to this shop for threat of being assaulted and ripped off. If I was going to give away this money, I would have offered it to my grandkids! If you choose this seamstress, do not allow her to use the language barrier as an excuse to take money unfairly.
