Also, the holiday is on Monday (Labor day), why would you lie and say that Friday had holiday hours? Business owner is rude and a liar. I will never bring my clothes here. Sent this shirt…read moreback, last week, because the replacement button was sewn too low, causing a gap in the shirt, when buttoned. Shirt came back with the button removed and replaced a full inch LOWER than before, making it nearly impossible to button. I only wear custom made dress shirts and each one of them is ruined, the first time a button has to be replaced, because their employees [seemingly] have a grudge against their customers. I don't get it. I've had this problem with every dry cleaner in ATL, but this company is the worst as EVERY button replacement is sewn in the wrong place.

The staff is always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and a typical turnaround time is a few days. You can, however, pay a rush fee for next day pick up. I did this the first time I ever used them, and it was a lifesaver. Because this is located in a large shopping complex, there's always plenty of parking available near the storefront. I also appreciate that they will send text messages from time to time with specials they're running. For instance, maybe they're doing a special where blazers are a lower price or a certain percentage off for a period of time.

I've been using Professional Cleaners for my dry cleaning and laundry for about 7 years. Full…read moredisclosure the owner is my father in law, but that doesn't change the honesty in this review. Frankly they do an incredible job. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. He didn't ask me to write this review , but I'm writing it because his business is awesome and customers should experience his services. I hope you will give him a try. New customers get a discount. The color is mostly faded except for the spots that look either dirty or streaked. When I first saw it after they "cleaned" it, I was so upset that I couldn't even take it home. Electing to wait for the manager to return the next day. That just added insult to injury, as he politely suggested that it was my fault that the spot on the pocket was my fault saying I must had a sticker there and the residual glue reacted with the chemical. At that time I didn't see the magnitude of how badly they F-ed up my jacket. I could only see the pocket. Now I see the shoulders, the back, the undersides of the sleeves, the two different tones in various places. I could go on but the photos tell most of the story. If anyone know where I could take it to get it dyed, I'd give that a shot.
