This is my cleaners of choice in the Stockbridge area. They can work as quickly as needed, and do a good job of working on any stains that you point out to them on the items you drop off. The staff is always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and a typical turnaround time is a few days. You can, however, pay a rush fee for next day pick up. I did this the first time I ever used them, and it was a lifesaver. Because this is located in a large shopping complex, there's always plenty of parking available near the storefront. I also appreciate that they will send text messages from time to time with specials they're running. This is my go to cleaners and has been for about 15 years now. While they aren't the cheapest, they are the most reliable IMO. They are quick and efficient in getting clothes dry cleaned with a quick turnaround option if needed. All you have to do is let them know you have an event and they will get it dry cleaned ASAP. They do alterations but you have to have the items pre pinned, they won't pin it for you there. Totally bummed that I've been coming here and getting hooks replaced by buttons for my son, who has special needs and has issues with grasping, for 18 months and ran into a blocker. To my surprise, the price doubled...yes doubled when I went to pick up his shorts for summer. Asking why out of curiosity, I was told to contact the owner. After 3 weeks of calling him at the Jonesboro store, he NEVER returned my call. Guess what, I had some shorts to be exchanged with hooks and turned them in this week. I got a call from the store today telling me they would not honor my price point of 7 dollars, which is what they charged. No word, no posting beforehand about any price jump, nor is it listed in the store. As a citizen, I have the right to either take the increase and pay it...or pick up the clothes and keep it moving. So..keeping it moving. BUT before I go, I'll be sure to let all my friends know who have special needs family members, older people that to have your items replaced from buttons to hooks- It's gonna cost ya $14.00per item! I buy pants and shorts for that price! Again, I was NEVER informed of the price jump. I found out when I came to pick up the pants which were already done. I had no choice but to pay the new price. I only go to the cleaners on Saturday's due to my work schedule but the service is outstanding. I have had some issues with the pressing or spots not always coming out though. I've only seen three different employees during my time there but the two young men who work Saturday's almost always have my clothes waiting on me and are able to explain if something went wrong and what they can do to fix it. They are also very polite and know my name. What pushed me over the edge to brag about this company was that last week my wife got my clothes for me and she told me how nice they were and that while one took in my dirty clothes the other took the clean clothes to the car for my wife. None of the cleaners I have been to would have taken the time to do this. Without the service I wouldn't be a customer because the price is a little high and the product isn't always strong, but because of the level of respect and professionalism I believe they have earned my future business. As a whole I cannot comment on their employees but the "Saturday Crew" as I call them, are outstanding. read more
