I've been using Professional Cleaners for my dry cleaning and laundry for about 7 years. Full…read moredisclosure the owner is my father in law, but that doesn't change the honesty in this review. Frankly they do an incredible job. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. He didn't ask me to write this review , but I'm writing it because his business is awesome and customers should experience his services. I hope you will give him a try. New customers get a discount. I came here yesterday to wash my clothes and witnessed one of the most unprofessional and alarming…read morecustomer service situations I've ever seen in any business. Another customer calmly told the worker that the machine she was using did not have hot water. Instead of offering help or a solution, the worker (who I believe is the owner) became very rude and aggressive. She said, "Do you want me to take it out?" and then proceeded to physically remove the woman's clothes from the machine, causing water to spill all over the floor. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a heated argument that nearly escalated into a physical fight. The customer asked for her money back and was refused. When the customer left the building, instead of letting the situation calm down, the worker followed her outside and continued to yell. The customer was upset, but she was only expressing her frustration near her car. The worker then shouted things like, "You have no home training" and "You're from the projects." The worker was a white woman, and the customer was an older Black woman. Hearing comments like that in 2025 was upsetting, inappropriate, and absolutely unprofessional. As a Navy veteran, I stepped in to try to deescalate things, because the situation was genuinely unsafe. The worker continuing to pursue the customer outside could have easily led to someone feeling threatened enough to defend themselves. Situational awareness was completely missing. It could have ended very badly. I will not be returning to this laundromat. Beyond poor customer service, there were clear safety concerns and discriminatory behavior. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to wash their clothes.

Arrived around 7:30 am on a Sunday morning thinking I'm early guess I was early in my mind only because there were at least 8 people already there. I asked if they knew any other place that might help me, because I needed my order same day. They said, "No." I just happened to see Snow Cleaners across the street, and took a chance. Not only were they able to do my same-day order that day, I got a text message from Steve, the owner, when they were done. I switched cleaners that day and have been there ever since, only regretting that I did not discover them sooner. Would highly, highly recommend. They've been there 33 years for a reason.

I asked the price and was told that she didn't know off hand and she would text me later that day with the price. Tuesday went by no text, Wednesday went by still no text. I went back Thursday morning and was told she still didn't have the price and they would text me. A couple of hours later I was texted the price and asked if I wanted the job done. The price was well over the rate for patches to be sewn on. By this point I was frustrated and told them I would just come and pick it up. They responded ok. When I arrived I was then informed that my vest was not there and that they would not have it until the next day. I was never informed that this was being outsourced. Even when I told them I was coming to pick it up I was not told that it was not there. This was bad communication and terrible customer service. I am not sure what the cleaners side of things are like but for alterations it is a no go. I should have just drove the extra distance and went somewhere else. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt because it was convenient. Never again, lesson learned.

I went in this morning (Saturday, July 11th, 2026) and saw a young lady at the front counter I had never interacted with before. I usually see Destiny or Lupe and they are both amazing. The door was open and I said "good morning" and she responded "we open at 9am." I apologized and politely excused myself. When I went back to my car and looked at my phone, I saw it was 8:55 am. I could have waited, but I didnt. The door was open, she was right there, and could have assisted me despite it being a mere 5 minutes before opening. There's another dry cleaners down the street and I'm going to take my business there from now on. I was just dropping off 1 sports coat and I thought it was a little ridiculous to make me wait or go back to my car for 5 minutes when she obviously could have taken care of me. Never again. My apologies to Lupe and Desitny - both phenomenal and great humans... but something is being missed with basic humanity and customer service that she felt necessary to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to drop off my things there. People have options and I'll go to the other cleaners down the street moving forward.
