I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

Another customer calmly told the worker that the machine she was using did not have hot water. Instead of offering help or a solution, the worker (who I believe is the owner) became very rude and aggressive. She said, "Do you want me to take it out?" and then proceeded to physically remove the woman's clothes from the machine, causing water to spill all over the floor. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a heated argument that nearly escalated into a physical fight. The customer asked for her money back and was refused. When the customer left the building, instead of letting the situation calm down, the worker followed her outside and continued to yell. The customer was upset, but she was only expressing her frustration near her car. The worker then shouted things like, "You have no home training" and "You're from the projects." The worker was a white woman, and the customer was an older Black woman. Hearing comments like that in 2025 was upsetting, inappropriate, and absolutely unprofessional. As a Navy veteran, I stepped in to try to deescalate things, because the situation was genuinely unsafe. The worker continuing to pursue the customer outside could have easily led to someone feeling threatened enough to defend themselves. Situational awareness was completely missing. It could have ended very badly. I will not be returning to this laundromat. Beyond poor customer service, there were clear safety concerns and discriminatory behavior. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to wash their clothes.

They have vending machines as well for laundry items such as detergent, fabric softener and a machine for snacks. We go here often.

Typically, a cycle runs about 23-25 minutes. The spin dry cycle does an amazing job spin drying the load of clothes. Which make for the dry time in the dryer good. The dryer cost is $1.50 to start a 28 minute cycle. You can add a quarter to add additional 4 minutes. They have a agent on shift keeping things up tight, bathrooms in order, and helping customers when needed.

He had made great relationships with his customers and takes care of everyone. He knows many by name. In just a short time of coming there I've seen how consistent he is with the patrons and he really cares. It's really nice. I use the facilities but also the wash and fold services. First time I did a drop off and it was just for one small load so $22. This time for 2 loads with pickup included cam to about $58 still not too bad. They follow instructions, fold clothes beautifully and are organized. It's a wide range for pickup and drop off (4hrs) that's the only concern I have because I don't want my items outside for long extended time but it is nice because they text when they are on the way, give and ETA and take a photo of your items. This was nice. Finally, the facilities you can pay using the app or just Apple Pay with the QR code in the machine. They range with the washer size $5.25-$10.25 I believe. They offer FREE DRYERS! I went there because I saw the sign. I really like it because there are big name wash and fold services but may people say things get lost or mixed up or they over charge. This place is so personalized and cares about the community I don't and hope that wouldn't ever be an issue. I must say I am pleased thus far.
