It's in a small parking lot with a BP gas station and a barber shop next to it. When I went in I was greeted by a short older man. He was very nice. He and his wife works in the shop together. The shop is wide open with a counter and a platform with a three sided mirrors. There's a sitting area. The shop is clean inside. I dropped off my work clothes to be dry cleaned. I had about 10 items and I paid a reasonable price. The owner told me it will be ready in two days which was great.

I went in this morning (Saturday, July 11th, 2026) and saw a young lady at the front counter I had never interacted with before. I usually see Destiny or Lupe and they are both amazing. The door was open and I said "good morning" and she responded "we open at 9am." I apologized and politely excused myself. When I went back to my car and looked at my phone, I saw it was 8:55 am. I could have waited, but I didnt. The door was open, she was right there, and could have assisted me despite it being a mere 5 minutes before opening. There's another dry cleaners down the street and I'm going to take my business there from now on. I was just dropping off 1 sports coat and I thought it was a little ridiculous to make me wait or go back to my car for 5 minutes when she obviously could have taken care of me. Never again. My apologies to Lupe and Desitny - both phenomenal and great humans... but something is being missed with basic humanity and customer service that she felt necessary to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to drop off my things there. People have options and I'll go to the other cleaners down the street moving forward. ​

*review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.

Then the owner tried to lie about what was supposed to be doing at adress and I know I had my daughter try them on with her prom shoes. If you don't need just a basic hem, don't everrrrrre come in here... even then make sure you have at least a week cause they're gonna tell you a couple of days it'll be ready and it's still not gonna be ready. I'm disappointed! I really just did whatever they wanted to do to my daughter prom dress. Don't recommend!

After several years with D as my seamstress, I am very disappointed in the poor service I received…read moretoday. D, the owner or manager, charged me $25 for services not rendered. I had two brand new pairs of pants. One pair was denim which needed 1/2 inch takin in all the way down on both sides. The other was a new pair of Terry knit jogging pant which needed 1 full inch hem. When I got home and tried on these two new outfits, the Terry pant was only hemmed by 1/2 inch and the denim pant was ruined on one side due to the intake stitch going in the wrong direction!! The other side of this brand new denim pant was untouched. When I politely returned to the shop, and asked for refund or repair, D actually became loud and disrespectful very close to my face and would not refund or repair. Her arms quickly flaring near me, she's shouting something that I can't understand because she doesn't speak English. I asked her repeatedly, "how do you sew alterations"? "By measurements"? She said "YES"! "Well!", I said. "When I brought these requests to you, I showed you with an actual measure tape what I needed and you took these items!". She says, "because you did not try these pants on for me to hem, I'm not going to do anything". In my opinion, that is Robbery. I was very nice to D because I needed this work done. By the way, she has hemmed pants for me in the past without me trying them on first. I will not return to this shop for threat of being assaulted and ripped off. If I was going to give away this money, I would have offered it to my grandkids! If you choose this seamstress, do not allow her to use the language barrier as an excuse to take money unfairly.
