Which is fine but I explained to them it didn't have to be perfect. I just wanted it repaired to be worn again. They said their would have to hand sew it. Which was fine with me. It was pricier than expected however we live in an era where everything had gone up. I gave them 4 stars because of their confidence level when I first messaged them. Other than those issues I'm satisfied with the results to repair my military jacket.

The shop is wide open with a counter and a platform with a three sided mirrors. There's a sitting area. The shop is clean inside. I dropped off my work clothes to be dry cleaned. The staff is always pleasant, prices are reasonable, and a typical turnaround time is a few days. You can, however, pay a rush fee for next day pick up. I did this the first time I ever used them, and it was a lifesaver. Because this is located in a large shopping complex, there's always plenty of parking available near the storefront. I also appreciate that they will send text messages from time to time with specials they're running. For instance, maybe they're doing a special where blazers are a lower price or a certain percentage off for a period of time.
