Then the owner tried to lie about what was supposed to be doing at adress and I know I had my daughter try them on with her prom shoes. If you don't need just a basic hem, don't everrrrrre come in here... even then make sure you have at least a week cause they're gonna tell you a couple of days it'll be ready and it's still not gonna be ready. I'm disappointed! I really just did whatever they wanted to do to my daughter prom dress. Don't recommend!

Twice I have picked up clothes and get home and the work has not been done. I took the first item back that was picked up in November but not checked until last week, and they would not honor it because I didn't have the receipt 6 months later. Today I go to pick up the dress that I'm paying to have hemed the second time along with a jacket they were to switch the snaps out -and I gave them two packs of new snaps. The dress was not ready and she said "come back in 45 minutes. I go back, pay for dress and jacket, checked dress but did not check jacket while in the store. Get home and see that jacket is not done! Not only that but the owner is not nice anymore. If you go, check your clothes before you leave the shop!!!

She turned your work around in 2 to 3 days typically although if you need it faster you can ask for a rush. I'm not sure if she charges more for that or not. I was very pleased with the work that she did for me. A tale tale sign is always getting your Waze taken in and if they simply don't take the waist off and throw On darts that is not a customized alteration. Again I am very pleased with her work she is a very sweet older lady and I would highly recommend their! business

We paid cash after the pointed to her sign and said all orders under $100 must prepay and she gave me a receipt and said to come today for pick up. When I came today to pick up she said I had not paid. She said she would check the cameras. She said she couldn't pull it up and asked for my home address....and said she would call me if she found that I had paid and I could come back for them. I called the police because I gave her the receipt she gave us after paying. After a long exchange she ended up giving me my pants because I do not think her cameras work and she KNEW SHE WAS WRONG. This tells me that she does not follow her polices for ALL customers. She will never have to worry about me using her over priced service again after essential calling me a thief. It was pricier than expected however we live in an era where everything had gone up. I gave them 4 stars because of their confidence level when I first messaged them. They charge additional fees for nearly everything. For example, you can spend $200 on alterations, but they will still charge extra just to press the garment. Their so-called "express service" costs an additional $10 if you want your items back in less than seven days. Rather than listening to customer concerns or considering ways to retain customers, the owner seems more interested in arguing and defending these practices. Overall, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I would encourage the owner to focus more on customer satisfaction and community relations. I've gotten charged ($40 & $50) so I'm not exact on their pricing. The quality of the work was good though each time. Due to timing and location they are convenient for me as to why I come back.
