Then the owner tried to lie about what was supposed to be doing at adress and I know I had my daughter try them on with her prom shoes. If you don't need just a basic hem, don't everrrrrre come in here... even then make sure you have at least a week cause they're gonna tell you a couple of days it'll be ready and it's still not gonna be ready. I took the first item back that was picked up in November but not checked until last week, and they would not honor it because I didn't have the receipt 6 months later. Today I go to pick up the dress that I'm paying to have hemed the second time along with a jacket they were to switch the snaps out -and I gave them two packs of new snaps. The dress was not ready and she said "come back in 45 minutes. I go back, pay for dress and jacket, checked dress but did not check jacket while in the store.
