I am happy to see we have a new laundromat in our booming community of East Point. This location…read morewas a building split into two businesses. One of them was a a laundromat and the other was many things. This laundromat is top notch. It is spacious, modern and clean. Brand new machines of all sizes. Folding tables and seating areas are plentiful. They also have high top tables and stools. It's aisles are spacious enough so that you don't have to get in the way of another person. Everybody likes to have their own space while doing laundry. The attendent on duty was friendly and answered any questions about the process. This is an all digital laundromat. You will have to load funds on a Dmart Laundry Card at the Payment Center kiosk in the store. Very convenient. The card controls everything including access to the restroom. Now that was smart! They take cash or debit/credit card. Also available are vending machines for snacks and laundry products like detergent. There are plenty of rolling laundry baskets and even step stools so that you can safely put soap in machines that may be a little tall. Now that's convenient!! It feels like they thought of every little detail to accommodate the customer. It feels like the Publix or Whole Foods of laundromats. There is two other laundromats on this road but I'm grateful that this one is around the corner from house. 10/10 Great experience

I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

Unfortunately, this is another business owned by someone who does not reside in the community…read more Their prices are excessive, and they show little concern for customer satisfaction. They charge additional fees for nearly everything. For example, you can spend $200 on alterations, but they will still charge extra just to press the garment. Their so-called "express service" costs an additional $10 if you want your items back in less than seven days. Rather than listening to customer concerns or considering ways to retain customers, the owner seems more interested in arguing and defending these practices. Overall, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I would encourage the owner to focus more on customer satisfaction and community relations. Until improvements are made, I would recommend that others consider alternative businesses that provide better service and value.

I'll admit, I was a little skeptical at first because I'm from this area and know it has a higher crime rate--but this place completely exceeded my expectations. There's another laundromat directly across the street that is honestly subpar, so finding this one felt like a win. I found it on Yelp, and I'm happy to say the reviews were spot on. Everything people mentioned in the reviews matched my experience. I'm really glad I gave this place a chance. This will definitely be my go-to laundromat moving forward. As far as the price, I really can't compare because I have a washing machine and dryer at home. I use this laundromat for my floor mat. I did not want to wash this mat in my personal washing machine.

I wish I'd tried this earlier. If you're looking for ways to make more margin in your life, just try it and see what a difference it makes. We tried the service through a deal site and are now using it weekly. PROs: - Competitive rate. This is a luxury, and I know it. But the rates are competitive with similar services. I really like that we pay by the pound, so I don't feel like I can send whatever amount I need. - Convenience. Pick up and delivery is awesome!! - Detergent choices. You can request unscented products if needed. - Crisp presentation. Leave the laundry in a cloth bag provided by the company, and it's returned in dry cleaning style bags. The folding is insanely perfect, and I LOVE it! Wow! I wish I could fold so neatly. - Schedule accommodation. If you're out of town and need to miss a week, no problem. - Small business. I really like that I'm supporting a female entrepreneur. CONs: - Stains. This isn't really a con so much as it's about expectation management. This service is best for regularly soiled clothing and not for heavily stained items. Kids can really bring on the dirt, so some things I need to treat separately at home.

I had the pleasure of meeting Cherise the first time I used the establishment. I spent way over $75…read moreon laundry just to wash and dry myself. I paid for 2 laundry bags even. Cherise went above and beyond and was helpful the entire time I was there with my teenagers. She stays busy helping customers, folding clothes and I personally watched her do her end of shift duties. All with a smile on her face. The only downfall to this establishment is that it doesn't honor the freebie wash being a new customer. Its not the employees discretion but the owners. It's not cool to be deceitful to hard-working people that just need to get their clothes washed and dried. Luckily Cherise was awesome. I have no issues with the staff. The owners however, don't promote something then not honor it. My dryer needs a part and that's the only reason I even went here.
