First timer at Courtesy Cleaners. 10/10 customer service. I was greeted immediately when I came in. The clerk was friendly and very helpful. I asked to have two items dry cleaned. My items were returned in excellent condition when I picked them up. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be a returning customer. read more

From beginning to end my experience was excellent. Smiling faces and customer oriented personnel. Cleaning the linen pants was fantastic and ready when promised. Highly recommend them. read more

Very friendly staff. I was pleasantly greet as a first time customer. The process was super easy and I was able to drop off and pick up within couple days. Local small business. Clothes came out great. read more

Easy and straightforward! Pricing is in line with in-town services so no complaints for me. The convenience is amazing.

The ladies here were super nice and friendly. The service was fast as well. Only took at few days to 10 items pressed and cleaned. They have a small parking lot. Only 3 cars can really fit but in most cases you're in and out super fast. The price was right and if you pay cash you pay less. They charge to use credit cards. read more

Called to inquire about alterations. Needed it in 7 days, rep cut me off before I could finish asking if it could be rushed for a fee and just said "nope." read more

Rude. Lack customer service skills. I came in today to get some things cleaned and altered. She clearly didn't want to help because she didn't know the answer to anything. She was focused on eating and getting my personal information instead of seeing how she could help. Couldn't get a price on anything because everything was a I don't know type of answer. The only pleasant thing about this place was the guy who worked there. Really good spirit, kind, gentle, likes his job, and is knowledgeable. read more

I am very pleased with the dry cleaning services provided by Courtesy Cleaners. I brought in several items that had stains or needed alterations. I didn't think they could remove the stains from my designer sweater, but Courtesy Cleaners worked their magic, and I'm happy to wear it again. My items were ready exactly when they said they would be, which was a huge plus. I also appreciate saving money when paying in cash! The staff is friendly and engaging, so I'll definitely use them for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

With the Drive-Through plus the Friendly Service, there's nothing not to like! I've used Coutesy Cleaners since they opened here. Always happy! read more

The old broad is sure she won't get fired which is why she is so sarcastic and rude. This place is close to home and I've tried it three times. The first was fine. The second they mis-tagged my item at drop off and when I went to do pick up, it wasn't mine. Luckily they found my item. The third time, the clothes weren't ready at the quoted time, weren't bagged when I came in and were hanging on some random rack. They're close to home but I'd rather drive for good service. read more

The staff at Courtesy Cleaners was very friendly and helpful. They were reasonably priced and provided a quick turnaround for my dry cleaning items. I would highly recommend the Courtesy Cleaners in Atlanta! read more

Wonderful service. A coworker recommended them when I was frustrated by the service and automation of my former cleaners. Everyone there is nice, lots of personal attention to detail. Chris & Kathy are particularly great! read more

I've been a customer of Courtesy Cleaners for several years. I was referred to them by a friend. The cleaner I'd used for many years retired and I found myself in need. Aside from the great job they do, there's also Kathy. Kathy is friendly and always happy to help. I look forward to seeing her on the days she works, and miss that personal service when she isn't there. Kathy is a big part of the reason that I've continued to use Courtesy. I like going in and not feeling like a number! I find the cost reasonable for the great job Courtesy Cleaners has done for me. From clothes to comforter, drycleaning and launder and press, I've never had an issue. read more

Courtesy Cleaners is my family's go-to cleaner for dry cleaning and alterations. The service is great and they're responsive and efficient. They did a great job altering a ball gown for a last minute formal event my wife attended. Give them a try if you need a quality, reliable dry cleaner! read more

These guys are great! I use them for dry cleaning and they are fairly priced, professional and always have quick turnaround. Shout out to Scott who helped me out of a bind last weekend. Really top notch local cleaners that have been around a while and are a trusted business. If you're looking for your local go to dry cleaners, you found them. read more

I sent my Bed quilt to have it cleaned and it was bleached. The picture contains the sham that I did not send and the quilt that I did and you can see it was totally bleached out. Ruined. It was something I had saved to have and I will not be able to replace as it is not longer available. Super disappointed and I will not be using this cleaners again. read more

Great customer service! They recycle hangers, too. I've also used them for simple alterations like hemming and have been pleased.

I have been using Courtesy Cleaners for over 10 years at several of their locations. They are the BEST!!! Prices are reasonable, they are eco-friendly, and they always know my name!! I always pick up in the store because I like visiting everyone there but if delivery is your thing they can do that too!!! read more

We love this cleaners! The staff are so welcoming! Once I left some items in my pants pocket, they we returned. My husband is Santa ever year and they clean his suit free of charge. Isn't that awesome! Check them out! read more

Great addition to the neighborhood. Family owned and operated, it was quick and easy to drop off a comforter that desperately needed attention. I had it back within a couple of days, and they even helped me by bringing it out to the car for me (I had infant in tow). Reasonable price, great service. Will return! read more

I never thought I'd have strong feelings about my dry cleaner. I mean, it's dry cleaning. But Courtesy Cleaners is so awesome. Here's why: - They're eco-friendly - Located right on Dekalb Ave - They have a drive through window - They give a discount if you pay in cash - Quick turnaround times - They also do tailoring But best of all, they are the nicest people. They're always so genuinely pleasant and happy to chat with you. Thoroughly recommend! read more

Great service, VERY convenient to anyone in East Lake, Kirkwood, Oakhurst, Candler Park, Lake Claire, etc. I too am cheap and don't have call for dry cleaned clothes. These folks are slightly more expensive than my last cleaners but for what I'm saving in gas it doesn't matter. And they can press the hell out of a shirt! read more

Yes! wow! Clean, friendly, courteous. This is the spot to get rid of your spots. I tend to put off dry-cleaning because I'm cheap. Courtesy cleaners has made that a bit harder since they are SO nice. It's a family run gig and they are too happy to explain why the way they run their business is why you should give them yours. Go spill stuff on yourself and then get going to Courtesy! read more

I've been using the same cleaners for a few years now and was never really disappointed but never impressed either. I had no reason to look for another cleaner but figured I'd give the folks at Courtesy a shot. They were great! I really didn't know what I was missing. I guess some folks in the drycleaning business really do think about customer retention. I now have a new place to take my drycleaning. I was seriously impressed. Thanks to the folks at Courtesy! read more

Always do a great job and the employees are so friendly! Drive out of my way to take my clothes here.

Can you be in love with your dry cleaners??? I AM!!! The folks here are wonderful! - All of them! It doesn't matter when I come in or who I talk to when I come in, I feel like Norm from Cheers. I always feel welcomed and my clothes are waiting for me as soon as I walk in the door. Not only do they take the time to get to know me but actually remember me. I am so glad that they opened in my neighborhood. The price is moderate, no more than what you'd expect to pay anywhere else but the service puts them far above any other service I've used. These folks take pride in their work and it shows! I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail they give my clothes, From every little detail including the button holders for my french cuff shirts to the biodegrable bags they use. Simply top notch! I even left a reciept in my shirt pocket one time and when I picked up my shirts, there was a little envelope attached that had the reciept it! Any other place i've used would not have taken the time to return it to me. I absolutely love my cleaners and will not use anyone else! Give them a try and you'll be impressed too! read more

This place is fabulous! Awesome care of clothes, timely, and I love the alterations. Plus the shoe repair! They do a great job, and I just enjoy the people who work there as they treat you like family. read more

Pip has saved me twice, once by being open the before Christmas which no other cleaners in the area was, secondly she did a rush order for my alterations. Not only do they give you that southern hospitality feel they are fairly priced cor excellent services. read more

After dealing with 2nd rate cleaners for years I found these guys. I had become fed up with poor care ,damage, and loss of my high end shirts and trouser.I live quite a distance from here but it is more than worth the drive to know my garments are cleaned properly and I will be greeted with courtesy every time I drive up or walk in. read more

These folks have same day service at only 50 cents more for the normal rate...very hard to come by in these parts. AND the previous place I go to get my conference tablecloth needs a 2 weeks notice and charges and arm and a leg. read more

I really wanted to like this business. Eco-friendly, pleasant staff, and close to my house.. Unfortunately, my custom-fitted dress shirts, and jeans came back shrunk (and jeans were faded as well). I'm under the impression that whatever technique they use here -- it's similar to regular washing/drying and then pressing. I say this because I experience similar "shrink and fade" clothes alterations after washing and drying. read more

Very bad customer service manager is very rude and lack problem-solving skills. They ruined a pair of my pants that I was planning on wearing the weekend they went to order new pants and didn't pay for any type of shipping so I will have to wait another 7 to 10 business days read more

They have been very nice and friendly since the first time I walked in the door. The first time I went, I needed a suit cleaned prior to a business trip. I needed it back within two days. The evening before I was leaving, they called to remind me to come and pick it up. I had completely forgotten as I preparing my presentation for the trip. I was already sold on them but that sealed the deal. I always feel like an old friend coming to visit when I'm there. They have a full-service cobbler too to fix shoes, luggage, etc. Oh, and yes, the cleaning is good too. read more

Great service and convenient to wear I live. It can be easy to drive right by it though because of the shrubbery around it and it is not very big. They take down your laundry preferences the first time you go so it is customized for you in your records. I would definitely go back. read more

Love my neighborhood dry cleaners, especially the side door they now use as a drive thru for drop off and pick up. I don't use dry cleaning that often so I don't really know what are reasonable prices, but the prices never seem unreasonable so I guess that's good? I also bring clothes here if I need tailoring/hemming...$9 to hem each pair of pants. That's not bad, right? And most importantly, everything I bring here comes back to me in better condition than when I dropped it off...more clean, more ironed, more tailored, etc. The only thing is that Courtesy Cleaners is located on busy Dekalb ave, so while convenient if heading west, it's a little tougher turning left (east) during traffic hours b/c there's no traffic light here...I just have to plan and time my trips so I only pick up and drop off when heading west. read more

I got my king sized comforter and a white blanket dry-cleaned. The total was $60, which I thought was a bit pricey, but I don't do dry-cleaning often. I got my comforter back and it had pilling on it. This was the FIRST time it had ever been wash so it was obviously from whatever they did to clean it. There was a greyish stain on my white blanket prior to taking it in, but it doesn't look like they were able to get it out all the way. Also, it took over a week to clean these two items. read more

I've used Courtesy Cleaners for cleaning and alterations. Beyond doing great work, they're also very nice folks. I highly recommend them!

Really fantastic service at this family owned and operated spot. They are super nice and do a great job with the clothing. I had two doctor coats fitted there and both turned out beautifully. Great job Courtesy! read more

Courtesy Cleaners does their job well (cleaning my clothes I can't clean) and they do it with a smile (other business take note, this is what separates you from the pack)! The staff here are always so friendly, my clothes always come back perfectly clean, spots removed, and pressed, and it's super convenient for me in Kirkwood. They don't seem to do next day service (or same day service) like some cleaners do, but I generally am not in that much of a rush. They may not be the cheapest cleaners you will find, but they are super nice, eco friendly, and do a great job cleaning my clothes. Fan for life! read more

Courtesy cleaners is solid. The location is close to my place and prices are fair. I will say that the service is excellent. The staff is always peachy and they even gave my dog a treat when I came through the drive-thru with her. If you need same day service, just get in by 8:00am and they'll accommodate for an additional $.50/piece. If you're in a pinch I don't think this is asking a lot. read more
