We have been a customer since we moved into the area, and the service is always exceptional. Prices are reasonable and always promised on time. While there is parking in the front, you can also pull up on the side for a drive through experience. Definitely a solid business we will continue to support. read more

I have been a customer of Sunny's cleaners since 1996. The previous owner, an amazing woman named "Sunny", sold her business and it has completely collapsed. The customer service is a big fat zero and the prices have increased 30% because I was allowed 30% off of my cleaning bill. This generous 30% discount was offered by the previous owner because of my 15 year loyalty to the business. Ironically, my prices jumped 30% once the new owner understood I was getting 30% off of my bill. The new owner did not disclose that my individual prices were different than other customers because of my discount. I happened to discover it on my bill and when I brought it to his attention, he said, "too bad". Unfortunately, this business has lost a valuable customer. read more

Friendly staff, excellent work! I had 4 pair of pants taking in at the waist and did an amazing job!

I thought I'd try out Sunny's Cleaners because it was close to my office and I was pleasantly surprised. The attendant was pleasant and efficient and took my information down and told me when my order would be ready and the price was a little bit better than I thought and I was pleasantly surprised by that. The order was ready when they told me it would be and what more can you ask for? My shirts looked really great! read more

Yesterday, I needed my suit and a button down shirt dry cleaned same day at 9 am. I called a bunch of other dry cleaners in the area and they were the only one that could be the job done in time. I am very pleased how my suit and shirt turn out, very clean! I definitely will return to them in the future and recommend them if you in a hurry to get your dry clean done the same day! read more

Great customer service and quality product. My husband and I used Sunny's Cleaners for five years living in Midtown Atlanta. Staff provided service with a smile. Clothes always came back fresh and pressed. They never lost any articles of clothing. Convenient drive-thru and tailoring serves a plus! read more

I have been dropping off my clothes to Sunny's Cleaners since 2013. I used to live in Atlantic Station, so the commute was reasonable. However, I have been living way out in Douglasville for about a year and 3 months (as of this writing), and I still travel all the way across metro Atlanta to have my clothes taken care of by Sunny! Now that should be a testament as to how GREAT Sunny's Cleaners truly is! Most of the time, Sunny is working right on the front line of her business and is there to greet you with a radiant "sunny" smile! She is always genuinely happy and always goes the extra mile no matter how busy she is! For instance, I have had to call her in advance (on several occasions) as I was on my way and running late, and she actually stayed like 10-15 minutes later (after she was technically closed) just so I could pay for my dry cleaning ticket and pick up my impeccably dry cleaned button downed shirts and slacks! When it comes to minor repairs and alterations, look no further as Sunny and her team are extremely precise and efficient. I have had slacks, shirts and blazer jackets all altered (precisely to my body's measurements) to give me that GQ look when I am on the job or just out and about hanging out in the city. I also had buttons replaced (she uses exact color threading too) and makes your clothes look like new! Sunny is also extremely organized and will have your clothes ready whenever you need them. She always goes the extra mile in ensuring that her customers are 101% satisfied and will even carry out your clothes by hand and place them neatly in your vehicle. If you have stains on your clothes, you can point them out in front of Sunny, and she will tag them with a "stain here" sticker and can usually remove most stains without damaging the material. In addition, the clothes are always very neatly pressed, bagged and labeled (with your last name and customer number), and I have never had a piece of clothing damaged, misplaced or lost. If there was ever a dry cleaning company that is deserving of a 5-Star rating...it is without question Sunny's Cleaners! I will be using her services for as long as I reside within the metro Atlanta area! Thank You Sunny!! Love You!! read more

There are so many dry cleaners in the morningside area. It's the like Starbucks where there's one on every corner. I saw a ton of great reviews and comments about Sunny's and even though they are on an inconvenient side of an intersection, the reviews were enough to make me go the extra distance. Sunny's is located in a strip mall and I brought in my suit for some quick dry cleaning. They were very helpful and quickly took my clothes and asked me when I wanted it back. They offer 24 hour service but I wasn't in a big hurry so I offered to pick it up later since they were busy. For 2 suits, I paid about $25. I brought my receipt back and there was someone there who quickly got the payment squared away and my clothes back to me. I was in and out in 5 min. Based on this one experience, I will definitely be back. I don't have a ton of dry cleaning needs but once in a while I will have something to bring by. It's good to know that I had a positive experience with this place so close by the house! read more

If you're thinking it's a bit strange that a Dry Cleaners has so many 5 Star Reviews...please believe the hype! I am a Dry Cleaners "Frequenter" and never have I fallen in love with my Cleaners person...until now. Sunny is the Bomb.Com for a number of reasons: 1) Her prices are competitive (for the area, absolutely) 2) She understands great customer service (she actually called me to ensure I was aware of a stain on one of my husband's shirts and always inquires after my Mother--whom she met once :-) 3) She does a quality job (Sunny removed impossible red stains out of Khaki pants and took care of my extremely delicate fabrics) 4) She does alterations (all of my household alteration or repair work goes to Sunny) 6) She's quick and flexible (we needed a next day completion on a large order and it was a breeze) 5) Her yellow apron is iconic (I have never seen Sunny without her bright, yellow apron and happy smile) I have relocated farther from the area, but still make the trek to Sunny's. If you've ever had a bad Dry Cleaning experience, then you probably understand why...I just won't go anywhere else. read more

Excellent one-day service. I've used them for dry cleaning and wash and fold a few times now. Reasonable prices, courteous service. Will continue. read more

This place is great. I had a huge 50% wool and 50% Cotten rug that had an entire glass of red wine spilled on. Did I mention the rug is white? My Husband scrubbed thinking he could clean himself, but it looked worse! I called every local cleaning company, even the specialty places and they were almost double the price. This place was extremely friendly and willing to take on the challenge. They charged about $70 and had it ready within 2 weeks. They did need to ship it off for cleaning. It took an extra week because it came back needing to be cleaned again. They cleaned it twice for the same price just to do the job well. Rug looks great and this company was extremely professional! read more

Sunny's Cleaners - Job well done! Wool rug. - Laundry Services Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

I love this dry cleaner. I always see the same lady working there and she is so nice and happy. Not only that, but she goes above and beyond for her customers. EXAMPLE: I think I shrunk because my pants were dragging. She pinned them for me while I was wearing them so I would not be late to work. I brought them back the next day and she hemmed them within 2 business days. Needless to say, they do not drag anymore. They have next day service which is really nice and a drive up window. read more

NPWH = Nice People Work Here As part of my quest to increase my Review Updates, I've started going back over my previous reviews to update as needed. I decided to start at the beginning... with the review that started it all... Sunny's Cleaners! I can gladly still say that Sunny's is the best cleaners in Atlanta. That's not just according to me, but the other Yelpers who have discovered her over the years. Service (both customer and cleaning) is consistently amazing and impeccable time after time. So... It's been over 2 years since my intial review and it still gets a 5-star rating. WOO HOO! read more

This place has unforunately gone downhill. They were not open at 7:55 today, despite the 7am opening time being posted on the door and here on yelp--wasted my time going to their business for nothing. A few weeks ago, they did not have my clothes ready on time and did not notify me either, so I also wasted time going to their business for nothing. As others have said, no compensation when the items weren't ready on the day promised. If you value your time, it's a gamble doing business here. read more

Awesome cleaners and owner. Was a new customer, he gave me 10% off my first dry cleaning. I asked him if he could do an expedited cleaning, he said normal no with the pandemic but would do a same day for me, free of charge. Will be coming back over and over! read more

I trusted Yelp reviews and have gone to this place since I moved to Atlanta last year. The dry cleaning is fine and done on time, as are minor alterations (ie. shorten pant length). However, my wife took a dress to alter the length and it was shortened more than expected. This didn't seem like an isolated event because another lady was complaining about a similar issue when we dropped off dry cleaning one day. Sunny mentioned she could fix it and took it back, but we never heard back from her and are still waiting for a call to retrieve it. It doesn't matter; the dress was messed up anyways, so we have no incentive to drive there to pick it up, but it left a sour taste in my mouth to see that they messed up and broke my trust in the business. I only give 3 stars because they will do a good job with your dry cleaning - albeit at a steeper price than average -, but I would take my special garments elsewhere if you need special work on them. read more

Great customer service and the prices are reasonable. It takes a few days to get your stuff back, but it's always in great condition, pressed and free of stains. I've worked in customer service or something closely related for years, and admit my standards are higher because I expect to get the same service I would provide. This cleaner definitely meets or exceeds my expectations and standards. And it helps this location is on my way to work! The only issue I had was that the first time I dropped off skirts, one of which belonged to my three piece suit, they were safety pinned to the hangers when I picked them up. I was upset when I got home and realized this was how my clothes were handled after getting cleaned; I'd never seen this before and it wasn't something I thought to ask when I dropped them off. In the past, I've seen plastic clips used with the wire hangers, folded over like slacks/dress pants or ones with built-in clips similar to what you would see at clothing stores. I called to explain my disappointment and frustration, and was asked to bring them back. Once I got to the store and explained why I was upset, they re-cleaned my skirts for free, mended the holes and haven't used pins on anything since. They also made a note on my account to help prevent this from happening again. Most importantly, my skirts haven't ripped or looked distressed from the safety pin holes after wearing them. When stuff like this happens, I base more emphasis on how the problem is solved and how I'm treated after the incident before I decide if I'm going to come back or not. Their positive reaction and customer service has been great after this issue, and I can genuinely tell they appreciate me as their customer. I'm going to keep using this cleaner, despite this one issue, because my clothes and I are treated very well. read more

I don't always get my clothes dry-cleaned, but when I do... I go to Sunny. She is super nice, knows more than a thing or two about cleaning clothes correctly, and gets your clothes back to you in a jiffy. I got some slacks and a few dress shirts cleaned and pressed here. They all came out as clean as a whistle and pressed to perfection! Now, I'm not a starch man myself, but if that is your thing, then they will be glad to do that for you. Even without starch, my items are still looking nice and sharp. Just make sure you hang correctly and quickly after wearing, and you can say goodbye to that stiff stuff! Anywho, that's a debate for another day. I'm happy to say this is my go-to cleaners, and I have a feeling that if you swing by you'll be saying the same thing! read more

Friendly, but my clothes smell terrible. Hardly a 'cleaner'. They always try and give the latest date possible, even though they offer same day. Something about having to sign the receipt in the drive-thru irritates me. read more

I used there service for more than 18 months. They were good service and I liked them. But after some time as I started trusting them I stopped counting my cloths While taking it back. I lost my 3 polo shirts and when I called to ask they were not helpful. I checked everywhere and there is no other place I would have lost it. They told me everything is correct and were not ready to check or look up at the videos. In other dry cleaning firms when I lost my things they tried to help out. Sunny did not even try to help or respond and kept the phone off. I am not using there service again. Be careful. Please count your cloths. read more

Sunny's simply inviting customer service is what shoots my rating to a 5. I haven't been to many cleaners, but for what services I needed, dry cleaning a coat, pressing a jacket, washing a few dress-shirts, Sunny's did a great job. The front door seems to always be open, or some kind of window is, so the atmosphere is pretty outdoorsy. There's actually a drive-through on the side, so you don't even have to get out your car to drop-off/ pick-up your clothes! Sunny's services are fast, and she is very friendly. She even gave me a student discount for my "account" registered in their computer. I'll definitely be back, and Sunny's has been chosen as my go-to cleaners in Atlanta! read more

4 stars for a good customer service and really nice people. I want to like to more but they just pricey, especially with a $1.99 place down the street and their lack of price signage always gives me a little anxiety... My thought is, if you just need a shirt cleaned and pressed, this place won't blow you away because of the price. However, if you need something special down then I would trust these guys versus the jiffylube of dry-cleaners. read more

The owner of Sunny's is one of the nicest guys I have met in the service business. He always asks how you are doing and does quick turn around. Reasonably priced as well. read more

Yep, Sunny's is that good. I always dread finding a new dry cleaners when I move, because I inevitably go through quite a few bad ones before I find that one perfect dry cleaner. Yelp helped me narrow down that process a lot faster this time. A good dry cleaner can make your life so much easier, and Sunny's is great. The service is quick, professional and you will always be greeted with a smile. They never screw up my work shirts by using too high of heat or a ton of starch, and I know that I'm leaving my clothes in good hands here. Maybe not the cheapest, but pretty darn close. If you find yourself living in the Lindbergh area you should definitely stop in! read more

After one visit, I'm a total fan. I went in this past Monday with a shirt that I needed dry cleaned and two pairs of jeans I wanted to get hemmed. They were designer jeans, so I wanted to keep the original hems. For all of that work, only $34. And such quick turnaround- everything was ready on Wednesday (2 days later). In addition, the owner is super friendly. She even gave me a "good-luck" present. read more

Nice lady, asked if I needed the suit dry cleaned in the same day or next day which was a pleasant surprise since I went 3 days before the event. My suit was impeccably cleaned, creased, and packaged for about $10. Will be back soon! read more

Sunny is AMAZING!!! I can not stress this enough. I have had a LOT of bad experiences with dry cleaners and getting clothes altered. I could not be happier with her. She is such a sweet lady and really knows what she's doing. Whether its getting a tough stain out of precious fabric or altering a bridesmaids dress, I go to her for EVERYTHING. When it comes to customer service shes great. She even got a makeup oil stain off of my brand new cloth wedges for FREE! read more

I moved here in June, and knew that I needed to find a dependable dry cleaning service. I found it on the first try, with Sunny's. I've been taking items there for almost three months, and I have yet to be disappointed! Any time that I need things the next day, they have them ready NO PROBLEM, but most of the time two days is the standard. Check them out, you won't regret it! read more

I found this place on Yelp after recognising it from my commute. I initially started going here because it has good reviews and it was convenient. However, now I have a new job and I still go out of my way to go here because of the service. I think there was a recent change in ownership because I don't see Sunny in her yellow apron anymore (I hope she's OK.) The new gentleman in glasses is very professional and keeps a clean store. I've noticed a quicker turnaround actually. read more

I go to Sunny's for the extras. They offer extra panache, extra friendliness (especially the beautiful owner), and give a fair price for the work. They go the extra mile to make my stained white dress shirts clean. Sunny's is not the closest cleaner to my house, I pass at least 4 to get there, and I will gladly do it. read more

Been visiting Sunny's for nearly 8 years, and as long as we live in Atlanta, I will continue to bring our dry cleaning here. Everyone at Sunny's is friendly, but the one stand-out is Sunny! Always smiling, she greets me at the door, takes a load of clothes, asks for my number, gives me a date to return, and that's it! Then upon return, I pull up to the very convenient drive-up, she asks for my number and brings my items directly to the car. I started going to Sunny, because another place lost our items. That would never happen here...I completely trust Sunny and her staff. The additional plus: During the holidays, Sunny gives my children a traditional Korean holiday ornament or gift! They love Sunny too! read more

I have been going to this dry cleaning for years. And everything was great. But since the owner sold sometime last year everything has gone to crap. I feel compelled to write a review right now because last year I had taken some stuff to the dry cleaning, and when I removed them from the bag, there were still stains and dirt that wasn't taken care of on about a third of my stuff. Irritated I ignored it because this has now been a second time this happened. I chose to take those items elsewhere and got it fixed. But just now I'm taking out some stuff I put away after dry cleaning for the fall. And just like my last experience, 3 of my items are still stained and have dirt. Are you kidding me?? They used to really do everything with care. Quality has gone to crap. DO NOT GO HERE IF You're new. And if you have been going you shouldn't anymore. There are just too many dry cleaners around to settle for crappy work. But if you do end up going, you should inspect the work of each item every single time! So irritating. You ruined many of my designer clothes. You should close your doors or do better!!!! read more

Terrible customer service and offer no compensation when item is not ready on day they said it would be. They claim to offer 24 hour service but it took them 3 days to finally have something ready. Did not even apologize. Will not be coming back read more

Sunny's in the only place I will go for dry cleaning. Sunny is delightful and my clothes are always perfect. I have used this business for years but since Sunny has retired the can't use them anymore. She was so on top of things. I brought in my silk bed spread to be dry cleaned and they laundry it. It is ruined. Sunny would have looked at the tag and realized it was silk and needed to be dry cleaned. Sorry guys. I can't risk any more things here read more

Just like everyone else says, Sunny is super nice-- and the rest of the staff I met was very friendly as well. I just got two of my coats cleaned (no stains, just some dog hair I needed to get off) and I was shocked when my bill was $32.00. It could be because I don't usually get things dry cleaned so I'm not too well-versed on standard cleaning prices, but I took one of these coats somewhere else in Atlanta last year and I was charged $5 for the same service (done with the same quality, too). Sunny is friendly, quick, and provides excellent service as far as I can tell, but for the price I will probably take my clothes elsewhere. read more
