Does not know how to do profession altlernations on clothing, Do not use this place for any type of altlernations. She is not a professional alternation preson. Runined my skirt and refused to give a refund for a very bad job. She dosen't even have your try on the garment to see were it needs to be altereld and dosen't have a fitting room to do so. as a first time customer this was the worst experience ever. drop the clothes off before the 4th of July misunderstood the closing I came back they were closed until July 9th I came July 9th the clothes were not ready I had to go on vacation without my clothes. and then the unprofessional owner actually would not discount for their error $25 for the service. all business person I work to earn customers respect. this loser got the $25 I wanted my clothes but may this review turn everyone away from them don't. he did not like my attitude so he refused to discount read more

It was a wonderful experience. They were quick and nice and responsible. Everywhere else I went they have either burned, or lost my clothes or misplaced them and Aum Cleaners are very respectful of your property and I will be returning soon go try out Aum Cleaners and i kid you not they are really good at what they do also the workers show much respect and everytime you go into Aum Cleaners you feel at home and i love that feeling!!! read more

Terrible service, Ruined suit pants! DO NOT GO HERE! New in the neighborhood, I decided to give these cleaners a try, took one dress and my husband's suit. (In the future I will try out a new place w/ an old pair of pants) The cotton lining of the dress was not pressed, and the suit jacket had wrinkles in front from creases in the lining inside. I WISH that were the worst of it. The pants had discolored blotches on both legs. Discussing it with the employee was useless, naturally. I returned to speak to the owner and that was unnerving. She couldn't even come up with a reasonable cause of the stains and refused to take any responsibility even though they had no stains when I turned them in. Not one apology, not even one courteous word towards me as the customer did I hear throughout the whole ordeal. I didn't exaggerate the price of the suit or even demand enough to buy a brand new one, only to be given something toward replacing it. In the end all she did was reimburse the cost of cleaning and give me $20 for the 'inconvenience'. Terrible. read more
