I am updating my review because the lady that "deep cleaned" refunded my money. She asked if she…read morecould just come & finish the job, which was crazy. If she wanted to finish it, why didn't all get done the day she came? After meeting & getting my money, I went to a diner across the street, where I have breakfast every morning. She sent a text to me while I was eating, saying I had followed her inside! I didn't see her or have any clue that she, too, was inside. I know she wants me to completely delete my initial review, but I can't do that, in good faith. This is the best "honest" 2nd review I can give. I know, for myself, I would never hire her again. V. First things first with everything COVID wise I already thought it was going to be a hassle finding someone who could meet the requirements I needed and still have the great quality service. Not only were my expectations exceeded but I felt privileged to have someone come into my home and show the same care for my space and my things as I would if I were doing the work myself. Shontta was on time both for the initial walkthrough and the day of cleaning. I typically do basic cleaning 3x a week for tidyness but I have not done deep cleaning in a year. She worked with me explaining her packages and add-on options to create something reasonable that would satisfy my needs. Shontta took her time in each room and the entire house was dust free and spotless once she left. The biggest things for me were my main shower transformation, immaculate floors and the spotless organized fridge. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be booking again.

Very Professional, prompt and in the year I specifically pinpointed quality of customer service - Shontta was up there with the best that I have come across regardless of industry of service. Very attentive to detail with the different packages offered. The flexibility and availability of time was crucial due to my busy schedule. Just as simple as letting me know if she was going to be late due to traffic goes a long way. If you are looking for a cleaning service, I highly recommend and I can't wait to use Show & Tell Cleaning again giong forward. Grade: A+
